We stayed at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium for 3 nights as part of a flight and hotel package. We were suppose to have 4 nights but due to an airline strike, we only got 3 nights. When we got to the hotel to check in, we had to wait nearly an hour to get to our room which we felt shouldn’t have had to happen as we were already booked into the hotel the day before. Apart from this minor mishap, our overall stay was good. The staff were very friendly, very accommodating and always greeted you with a smile and a hello whether at breakfast, in the lobby, or the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping are kept very busy and work around the clock (sometimes hearing them late in the evening and during the night). The pool area on level 4 was quite small but was adequate. Rooms were cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I would be quite happy to stay here again. A little note of advice… the hotel is a 25 mins taxi ride so for a tourist point of view, it wasn’t the best location to get to downtown Bangkok

Love the room. Very spacious. The chambermaid were most competent. Marvel at their speed cleaning a room with such care and all done by one person. Chai, the porter at concierge was so helpful. He made sure I know where I was going and wished me a wonderful shopping time. I did not get the rest of the other porters name but they were equally efficient. Tku. Staff at level 23 was so hospitable and friendly. Felt very at home with them. They ensured that the drinks we ordered at the lounge were to our taste. They remembered my kind of coffee and would automatically serve it for my Brekkie. Awesome service at this hotel. Kudos to the team.

I stayed at this Grande Mercure during my business trip to BKK. Overall feeling was very good. Room is spacious and fully equipped with amenities. Facilities like gym and swimming pool are not top-notch but good enough to keep you fit. Breakfast was decent with limited choices (mixed of Chinese, Thai, Indian and Western), I would suggest to have more choices especially fresh juices and coffee (cappuchino and latte). Last but not least, I suggest the hotel should have a look into those factors: - Toiletries: very average brand and not good quality - Television: would be great to have more international channels like CNN, BBC & HBO rather than lots of average intl and local channels which are very boring.

It is my best moment ever for my welcome birthday setting in my room. The hotel has provided great experience with sincere service to me and my friend. All people gives the great great service, not only room service but also at pool, restaurant and reception. Especially in lounge, K.Fahsai and her working team intend to give the best service they can provide with empathy and take good care of customer's requirement with humbleness.
