Hotel is in a good location, close to the sky train from the airport and also to the Blue line which makes getting around easy. The service was great and all staff very friendly. The lobby and restaurant look great, however the corridors and rooms are dated and do need a refurbishment. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. Overall I would recommend as a base for Bangkok

We had a great two night stay at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium hotel. Staff were very friendly and efficient upon our arrival at the hotel and had upgraded us to a bigger room which was an unexpected surprise. The room was very spacious with a large bed and bathroom, as well as a lounge area. We had good views across the city being on the tenth floor The pool area is a lovely relaxing space at the hotel with plenty of shade and sun loungers and an interesting pool with shallow and deep areas and lovely trees. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has a lot of choice, as well as the hotel bar in the evening We also tried the Benihana Teppanyaki Grill on the 4th floor one evening which was delicious and an experience we highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so welcoming.

Not to be tagged as 4* property. Staff is always escaping from work. Found a lizard in the room. Even after 1 month prior booking we got rooms on separate floors. Better to stay in Sukhumvut as taking taxi from this place is always a challenge. Food was average and limited. Escalators are old agged

A very nice, large hotel in central Bangkok. Decent breakfast, good a la carts choice of food (western and Thai), small rooftop swimming pool with bar, friendly service as you’d expect. Large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Good value.

I usually don't put a review but Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium's hospitality is forcing me put one for them, hahaha! It truly is a great hotel. Every staff member at the hotel is very polite. The check-in and check-out process is smooth. The breakfast spread is the great and if you are an Indian, it's a heaven for you. The room size and the interior is good. Cleanliness is 10/10. And the best part for me, I had lost my AirPods at the hotel. The staff took half a day and found me my AirPods. This was one of the best thing that happened. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And if anything goes wrong, kindly overlook the same.

The hotel was super nice. Just name is it you will have it. We stayed in 1410 with a fantastic view. The breakfast is a little turn off as they had no option in cheese. But overall a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly. A big shoutout to JAMIE at front-desk who helped us with the checkin and all our queries. He is very kind and dedicated. We forgot the name of the service lady in our restaurant she was also very friendly. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Will come back very soon. Much love from Maldives

I have stopped in Bangkok for 3nights on my way back to the Uk from Australia . Based on the trip advisor score i opted to book the Grand Mercure Atrium for the three nights. I’m glad i did as the hotel has lived up to its trip advisor score. Check in was efficient and fast and my bag was bought straight to my room. I was staying in a corner room on the 19th floor and the room was excellent. I had a king size bed which was very comfortable. It appeared the bed linen was changed daily so each night i enjoyed a fresh bed. I visited the pool and enjoyed a swim or two along with a cold beer. As with most of Thailand it is the staff that make the difference in a stay. From the reception,bar, breakfast,pool and room cleaners i found everyone to be friendly and very polite and willing to help in any way. A big thank you to all in these areas. I opted to go out for the day and a car was arranged to fulfil my needs and again i could not fault this service. I only had breakfast once but found the range of offerings to suit all tastes. Once again thank you to all of the staff from behind the scenes and front of house for a great stay. I will return and stay again.

This Hotel has everything needed for a comfortable stay in Bangkok, most importantly , Professional, competent , friendly ,Proactive and welcoming staff. I stayed 7 nights and was most pleased with my stay. I received the room I requested , the guest computer was first class , got a little printing done with some help from reception , the Pool , bar and area were just "GREAT", the Reception were always eager to accommodate my needs and wants , the Restaurant food, particularly Room Service and Breakfast and the staff were outstanding ,concierge were always eager to help for anything and lastly but very importantly the Housekeeping staff were true professionals , especially in respecting "do not disturb sign" A BIG THANKYOU TO ALL !!! VERY HAPPY !!!
