Highly recommend Avani Atrium ASQ. Comfortable rooms. Clean and well maintained. Very organised and efficient staff and process management. Food choice was decent and they made sure we got a variety to kill the monotony. Being vegetarian, specially the food choice was limited but the Chef was willing to go the extra mile to provide us out of menu selections. Memorable stay. Great location within city limits close to rail stations. I would certainly recommend to consider for regular stay outside ASQ.

I stayed for about a week in this hotel. Check-in was seamless, fast check-in, staff also explained carefully and apologetically that this is a ASQ hotel. I didn’t know this is a ASQ hotel. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. Quiet and mostly emptied. What is missing the most is, guests. Wide range of in-room dining options are available, a great plus. From local Thai food, to western, and even a large selection of Japanese food. The bento set is a perfect option, to have a bit of this and that. I like that staff went out to prepare in my breakfast in a way that doesn’t bored my taste bud, changing to local breakfast and then back to ABS.

 Car park is available at basement, P2 level. Plenty of car park space available. The security guard explained patiently the best parking spot closest to the lift, which has only 1 operating at the moment. Though i am not a guest under quarantine, staff still practices Covid-19 safety measures, social distancing, masked & gowned, and leaving my food on a little table outside my room. Staff attending at the door also went out to make sure they open the door for me, so that I don’t need to do another round of hand-hygiene. Staff also kindly kept my shopping ordered online and delivered to the hotel. I was impressed that the staff used a glove to handle my packages. Well done for the standards of perfect hygiene! It’s quite a walk to the nearest MRT station, about 20 min walk. I noticed there is parking lot reserved by under the name of this hotel at Phetchaburi MRT station, which I guess this hotel does provide shuttle service to the MRT. But unfortunately, it should had been suspended at the time of my stay. Understandably there isn’t much guest in the hotel, it does get a bit stuffy in the lobby and lift area, but with a full blast of air-con in my room, a warm shower with occasion river taxi passing by along the canal, it’s a perfect stay.

I have stayed in the Avani for almost a year before Covid hit they are the warmest friendliest people i have ever met .They treat me like family and go out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as they can ....Each and everyone of them are true professionals ,outstanding service the GM Jon Warmington runs a tight ship and gives personal face to face hands on advice and experience . Umaporn ,Damisa , my lovely Khun Day ,the new Kannika Kaewma operations bends over backwards to assist me with anything my wonderful Ma -Meaw who is always there for my business correspondence countless others ..Thanking you from the bottom of my heart in making my previous stays and this long 14 day quarantine time as comfortable as it could be . Thanks to all the dining staff ,,hotel lobby and the on site nurses who were professional through out ... everyone else you all know who you are and are special to me ...till the next time love you all ... and for the rest of the world go to Avani Atrium Bangkok for a truly wonderful experience Lin x
