Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has a modern, cutting-edge style, with large open spaces that always feel pleasant and airy. My room has a striking monochrome color scheme of pure white theme. I was upgraded to G Suite this round and the view from the room overseeing Mahanakhon Ritz Carlton was so stunning. G Suite features a spacious “white loft style” living room and a separate bedroom with a beautiful bathroom and bath tub.
The place of the hotel is good for night life in bangrak bangkok thailand,is in the center for bar and food trip...I love the location where it was ,but the room is standard ,nothing special about the hotel.Just a normal standard service and facility...But overall the hotel is nice to stay in.My expectation is quite high like the modernize and up to date facilities. But the staffs are very friendly...We stay for 4 days in the hotel and we dont encounter any major issue. Is nice to stay here if you are visiting thailand for food trip and night bar...We have no more time to experience the upper bar ,but the bar of the hotel is beautiful to relax ...Lot of selection of good and fine wines.
Plenty of positives with the hotel, the staff are fantastic and work very hard, the burger restaurant downstairs is excellent and breakfast is very good. The drawbacks are the rooms which need a revamp, especially the electrics, the swimming pool is freezing cold and most tuk-tuks and taxis don't know the hotel is there, which can be difficult in such a busy location. Still a really good hotel!
I had two beautiful rooms in Pullman G Hotel (one completely white!) and the breakfast buffet was just phenomenal. Everything was there and freshly made. The staff is extremely nice and helpful since it was my first stay in Bangkok. I can recommend the hotel highly!
The restaurant is very nice, but the service for the staff is very excellent. I would like to thank Khun Jenny for providing excellent service on my special occasion for the anniversary 10th wedding as recommended food and beverage, asked for food allergies etc. Absolutely, I will share this experience with my friends, colleagues, and will come back to your restaurant for sure.
This hotel was good 5 years ago, since covid the quality of it has dropped off steeply. The biggest down fall is the beds; you’d think there was a slab of concrete under the sheets it is that hard. These beds need to be thrown out. Pullman according to Accor is supposedly a five star hotel; the interiors and maintenance of hotel needs major upgrades; I’d call this a 3-4 star hotel at best. Executive lounge crowded into two small rooms, with families and children not exactly a space for relaxation and quiet. Club lounge should be located on level 38 where the restaurant is with a mass improvement required in the canapés. No business centre which I thought was unusual for a club lounge. The best part of hotel is probably the breakfast with lots variety and attentive staff. Lots of points not hitting the mark. * Bed Quality - awfully hard * Executive lounge needs to be re-considered * Club Lounge food variety poor * No business centre * Too many people including young children in Club Lounge makes it frustrating to attend at all - never used it on the last night as it’s a pointless experience…
Great location as it is close to the train station! We were given the option to stay in the white room or the brown room and we chose brown however felt that the room was abit old but definitely a great view from the window. Palm (front office) lady checked us in and was really friendly! One of the days the breakfast was completely full and we had to wait in line for 20 minutes so definitely the hotel can plan that better but staff still provided great service. Overall a great experience.
This beautiful Property with the Nice Club Lounge where the food and the staff are excellent I want to mention those employees in the Lounge:Khun and Pang so nice,in the the Front Desk: Nook , she's awesome as well Peach. Thanks I'll be back
I am not even sure how, what and where to begin with talking about this hotel. Pullman G...what does Pullman even means as a brand, and what it stands for, and most importantly, what is that they are trying to sell. First, I had a look on their website and what the brand stands with abstract from their introduction..... "The global nomad is Pullman’s representation of the new generation of travellers and business leaders. Hyper-connected and sophisticated explorers, every day they invent new ways of doing business around the world.........Pullman hotels serve as the base of operations for inspiration and contact. Its high-end services and technology dismiss the boundaries between leisure and work, providing high-intensity experiences.........." Honestly, my stay was anything but hyper-connected, sophisticated, invent new ways, high-end service and technology.....Global Nomad, I don't think so. Global Gypsy, probably. Firstly, the most annoying and frustrating, the door handle key lock. The old school insert type, which nothing screams technology is a total disaster. The keys were constantly not working, and I did went back to front desk initially to change keys. However, they did not work everything I try to enter my room even after changing. In fact, I have to keep trying and trying, at least 5 times if I am lucky enough to be able to get the green light. I couldn't be bothered changing again as I know the same issue will occur, but just pray that ultimately I will get in. Secondly, the room itself. The all white and wooden furnishing from desk to wardrobe are all looking and feeling cheap...nothing sophisticated at all. The pillows are so flat but good thing is the bed is comfortable itself and does not smell weird. Club Lounge: Rather than a dedicated club lounge for club guests with dedicated check-in and out or services etc., it is more like another F&B outlet and nothing else. Staff: The local Thai staff were quite good and can see that they try their very best from front office to housekeeping and F&B. Although staffing felt very lacking in housekeeping, but they still tried their best. There are some obviously non-local staff whom seem pretty selective in wanting to greet or smile at guests whom look similar to them rather than everyone else. Surely these are the 'higher management'. The KLM crew gets greeted and service more by them than actual direct paying guests like us. During breakfast at one morning, the blinds actually felt onto my table and food while the staff were trying to bring it down as the sun were coming in. While the manager and staff were apologetic and did check on my well-being, but I would think a note from the management would be nice since the Pullman brand is suppose to be upmarket. Location not the best, and although there are also hotels around the area, but this hotel is really lacking of some good level of service like the rest. Even Amara fares better than them. The brand is confusing, uninspiring and the hardware plus software doesn't really tell their brand story. This hotel should just simply be a Mercure or Novotel, which is less confusing and more direct.…
Room totally standard. Gym average, pool not great, lobby a bit smelly and really unwelcoming. The club lounge evening drinks and snacks was good, breakfast ok. All the staff are really friendly. For the price I think you can do better.
