I often reside in this hotel when i go to Bangkok and I have to say that it's always very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the breakfast buffet has all kinds of food suitable for all palates and it has recently been improved because a new espresso coffee machine has been added, and it makes a much better coffee than the previous one. I was also impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Khun Neung, the customer care manager, who helped me by sending me to the airport one laptop that I forgot in my room before check-out. And it reached in time before boarding! My thanks to her.

stayed at hotel Lotus Sukhumvit for 3 nights during late december. the hotel location is good, 7-11 and family mart just within 3 minutes walk from hotel. the family mart even got place at up stair for u to eat, drink or even charge your phone. nearest BTS station is Phrom Phong just within 10 minutes walk which also connected to EmQuartier and Emporium shopping mall. the room is very spacious but a little outdated, overall is clean. the staff all very friendly and willing to help out. breakfast is decent even though a bit limited choice.

This hotel was a good location for exploring the city. Our family of 3 stayed here for 5 nights at the start of our trip expecting to mainly be sleeping for the first few days. The jet lag wasn’t as bad as we thought and we ended up visiting a lot of the cities sites from this spot. The pool was nice enough with good flexibility on opening hours. The room was clean with view over the city although hard to get good pictures as the windows were dirty on the outside. Breakfast was usual buffet style with everything you expect from Thailand. Hotel was a little tricky to find initially when walking in from the nearest metro. but no problems after the first time you get there. Warm welcome at reception every time you come in or out. Lobby was spacious. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel at all. Easy transport links to all areas of the city on either the metro or the sky walk way which were both just at the end of the street. Incredible food court across the road too underneath Ikea. Overall this hotel gives you a pool and a good location for a reasonable price but you won’t be wowed by anything.

The hotel is just few meters away from the main road and 500 meters away from Phrom Phong BTS station. I stayed in floor no 14 and the room was quite spacious for my family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The buffet breakfast had a good spread and all the staff in this hotel were very kind and respectful. Just opposite this hotel there was a Thai massage centre and lots of roadside eateries. There is 7Eleven and a supermarket too near to this hotel. The big shopping mall 'Emporium' is just 300-400 meters away from the hotel. Only problem is that, this area gets heavy traffic during peak hours in morning and evening. Otherwise this hotel is a fantastic option to stay in a prime location, 2 stops away from Nana BTS and easily accessible to any shops / eateries.

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff. The breakfast team was very efficient obliging and always made sure the dishes were always refilled. All inquires were well attended to including booking of taxis.

Good place to visit Bangkok due to its position. Employee very professional and always available to give any kind of help. A special thanks to the concierge man Ohmmy for his kindness and professionallity. Something to improve in rooms and hotel cleanliness, the moquette could not be the best solution the keep it clean, also because in the room and also in the Corridors there is always a strange bad smell. The bathtub not so comfortable and not totally clean. The water level in the toilet too high was a problem when you seated on it. The curtains seemed a bit old, the room design to be revised.

Finally, the 14 days of ASQ have ended. The management at Bangkok Lotus Hotel Sukhumvit deserve the biggest thanks in terms of arranging food requests, to giving amazing toiletries, and practically everything needed to make stay easy. I would like to emphasize on the food mainly, being in Indian and having authentic Indian food everyday has made stay even smoother at the ASQ. The kitchen team has done an excellent job, providing such heavy food, with ease to sleep after meals. If you start your day with hot chocolate or coffee, this is the place you’re looking for!!

Great place to stay in Bangkok! Me and my wife love the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok it is central and walking distance to the Skytrain, great shopping malls and markets, around great restaurants and generally just a beautiful place to walk around and experience. We chose to stay at the Lotus Sukhumvit because the nightly rates were great and they had very good reviews. When checking in the front desk staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have great air conditioning. One thing we must mention is how helpful the Concierge Supervisor was. His name is Satit (Ohmmy) he spoke perfect English and was willing to go above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. We had to ship a large parcel with Kerry Express, he called for a taxi to take us to the Kerry Express store but it never came because of Bangkok rush hour traffic, after this he attempted to call a Grab (on his personal account) in order to help us get to the store but again traffic was too busy. After all of this he called Kerry Express to have them personally come pick up the package without us having to leave the hotel. This was a level of service I have never experienced in many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at around the world. He is a great worker and a genuine person. We will definitely be returning to Lotus on our next trip to Bangkok.

Always a very warm welcome, at the reception and the guest relations lady very helpful, epitome of Thai Sawadee culture. I had a large king size bed, comfy mattress for good night sleep. Brekkie at Coco's, slight revamped layout since last I stayed, a wide selection of Japanese, western and Thai.

I am having a long/pleasant stay in your Hotel, thanks to your staff’s good services. Specifically, I would like to recognise the staff below. (1) Ms Kallayanee Fon (Front Desk), for being very helpful & friendly in dealing with me throughout my stay. (2) Ms Kanokwan (Room Cleaning), for her honesty of not taking any of my valuables in the safety box, despite it was not locked one day. (3) Ms Bansorn Ann (Coco’s Café), for proactively serving a cup of mocha to me (without I asking for it) whenever I have breakfast in the Café. I guess that her kind gesture is based on her observation of my eating habit.
