I went there with my friends, we waited for hours after check in even though the check in time was aldready there. Looked like somebody went with a knife and scrabbed all the floors, the tabels had dirt on them, the glas table under the tv was broken, you cant go sunbathing in the pool there are no bench and the pool is build at a location so the sun dosent shine there and the wifi doesent work at all.

This is an old building different types of room. Some rooms are pathetic and smelly. Rooms 80 square metres and above are good. At the time of checking ask to see other rooms. In case of problem in kitchen. Internet you will not get any support. Kitchen wares are old and oven does not work properly. The pace is stayed was comfortable clean and quiet. This place is away from main road so getting a taxi is challenge.

I stayed here with my 4 friends for two nights and it was our wrong choice. We got a room in the 3rd floor (room P2) and I guess we got the worst room. It was two bedrooms apartment with one bathroom. The ceiling was very low, the window has a "view" of a storage room (kinda scary, you dont know who might show up even though the window has a curtain), the wall was so thin that we can hear the footsteps outside our room, it has a kitchen but no equipment at all (only a small water kettle), only one trash bin for the whole apartment and the lights was so dimmed. Location : It's located in Sukhumvit soi 4, around 20 mins walk from BTS Nana. If you like the Bangkok night life, this is a perfect place. Many bars along the road, some street food and a convenience store. They do provide the tuk tuk drop service to the main road, but it's only until 7pm. They have wifi in the room but only for one device. We paid for 5 but only got one wifi password. My friend dropped the laundry to the staff and the next day when she wanted to pick up the laundry, it was still there. They didnt take the laundry and just leave it in the security. Not acceptable at all. If you want to stay in this apartment, ask for upper room. This 3rd floor was THE WORST.
