Do you want to experience the real lifestyle of Thai people but to stay in a place as comfortable as a luxury hotel in a much cheaper price? LooG Choob is a perfect answer for you. Loog Choob is a unique designed homestay, renovated from shophouses, a common residence for Bangkokian. Our well-furnished facilities definitely make you feel the most relaxed after roaming around the busy Bangkok. It is in a quiet residential area with a view of canal side. Local markets, foodshops, and shophouses are plenty in the neighborhood. Moreover, the major attraction tourist sites are very easily to be reached by walk or taxi. "Feel like a 5 star hotel with lots of family touches."

When wandering around the Dusit Palace grounds, you'd almost forget you're still in a Southeast-Asian city. The Renaissance-style buildings and leafy gardens wouldn't be out of place in an European capital, and the serenity here is in stark contrast with the chaotic city life outside of its complex walls. Dusit is one of Bangkok's oldest districts, and while the rest of Bangkok is modernising at a rapid pace, Dusit seems to have stood the test of time. Come here to find family businesses in traditional shophouses, small-scale local markets and streets unfazed by modern city life.

Property's Favorite Review
We had a great 4 night stay at LoogChoob Homestay. The whole place is well designed and fitted out from the owner's original family home. Wonderfully helpful and friendly, they have created a lovely place to stay with attention to detail and great facilities. Our room had an enormous bathroom with both bath and shower. There are some open spaces to share including a kitchen with coffee machine and bread/pastries for breakfast. Fruit we bought at the local market. We had a lovely terrace area outside the room. It is away from the chaos and craziness of some of the busier districts, yet has it's own charm with nearby markets, the canal and some good eating places within a ten minute walk. There is also a small organic cafe next-door.

We had a great stay at the Loog Choob in our recent trip to Bangkok. Reasonably priced and away from the noise of the city, it offers spacious comfortable rooms, which are impeccably clean. Breakfast is self-service and could perhaps benefit from some hot options, but it does offer something different each day. The owners are super friendly and always eager to help. I would stay back here again in a future trip!

What a wonderful place to stay amongst the mayhem of Bangkok! Amazing junior suite on the top floor with lounge and roof terrace access. Breakfast is self service in the form of tea/coffee, cereal and fresh croissants. Beautifully decorated residence with feng shui in mind. We really could have stayed longer! Lovely hosts who ensured we had all we needed and knew where we were going in Bangkok. Highly recommend and would definitely return when in Bangkok again! EXCEPTIONAL

My husband and I stayed here as our first stop in Bangkok and we loved it! The owners are really warm and welcoming. The rooms are really lovely and the bed was massive and very comfy. The roof garden is a real bonus with great views all around. Kitchen areas are very clean and has everything you need, there is also a washing machine you can use. Coffee shop downstairs ‘Hygge’ is great, nice cappuccino. The area was great we were able to walk to Khosan Rd and China town in 30 mins at night. During the day we used the canals to travel around, Bobe pier is close by and you can get almost anywhere by boat. It’s a much cooler and calmer means of transport. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
