Cheap room for what you get! If you do not mind the noises from the bars, it is ideal location in the middle of the khaosan road. Service was friendly, good and honest. Enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately no elevator but not a big issue. Have not seen the pool!!

The room was so small and definitely not worth the money also when we checked out the house maid drank the water on the way down and said we had it and made us pay for it. They scam all the customers and everyones to hungover to do something about it so they get away with it. stay rather at...

Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent place to stay in center. The rooms fronting the street were double glazed which helped reduce noise. nice swimming pool on roof top.

I often stay here because of the location. The swimming pool is small, but it's normally clean. I have stayed in other hotels with pool in KSR and the water was disgusting. The internet is a bit of pain, because you need to buy the coupon at the reception constantly. It is not noisy despite being in the main road....

The hotel is right in the middle of khaosan road.. Right where you want to be! We stayed in a deluxe twin room which was lovely. The hotel has a really nice pool on the roof with views of the city. The only tiny issue we had was that the en suite was a wet room so the whole bathroom...

At first we got a tinytiny room and were told that it was noisy, and that all the rroms are the same size. It was the noiziest place on khaosan street ,extremely hard to get any sleep And the day after when we wanted to see if there is another room not as close to the street we got a...

We turned up in Bangkok without a hostel and asked to be dropped on khaosan road which we heard was the main road. This was the second hotel we tried and we were lucky that they had space. People were recommending it as we walked out. Great, cheap and easy place to stay in the centre of Bangkok. Although there...

Backpacking in Bangkok and we stayed here and it was perfect!! The hotel is on the Khao San and exactly where you want to be. Lovely pool on the roof, nice rooms with air conditioning. Whilst being right next to such a noisy street if you get a room towards the back you can hardly here the noise. I cannot...

We stayed here for one night on our travels, the bed was comfy and there was plenty room however the room smelt a lot like mud the whole time we were there. Half of the hotel is going through building work however the side that is complete is of a decent standard and fine for a cheap nights accomodation. The...

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
