Loy La Long is the most unique hotel experience I had ever had. It begins from the moment you realize the hotel is actually part of a beautiful Wat and overwhelms you as soon as you walk in. The interiors are beautiful. Each room is a unique jewel. But what makes this place

If you are looking for "Asian atmosphere" and an exceptional location, this is your place. Loy La Long is a gem and situated not at, but on the Chao Pray River in the Talat Noi neighbourhood of Bangkok's China Town. Talat Noi is one of the most authentic and interesting

I really don't want to share this, but being an avid traveler and counting on other travelers sharing their best experiences I think I have to. Sharing is caring! One night in Bangkok. Travelling from Cambodia I planned to spend one night in Bangkok. I love Bangkok! I looked

Small, tiny place hidden on the back of a temple, the building swinging on the water. The hotel is rather a house that rents rooms. There are two floors with 5 rooms. We have chosen the Green room that overlooked the river from two large windows. Room was very cosy with big bed

We stayed at Loy La Long last week and spent each night on their wonderful second floor deck, watching river traffic pass by on the Chao Phraya River. Nobody reported any problems with the mosquitoes. It was tempting to leave the windows open when we turned in for night but we chose to close them tight and crank up the A/C instead. We Coloradans are a wimpy bunch when it comes to humidity.

How many nights do you recommend? I'm thinking 4 ??
I just stayed for 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer at Loy La Long, however if you're interested in seeing Thailand outside Bangkok I would spend more time in the north (Chiang Mai) and south in the islands. A city is a city, but LLL makes you feel like you've escaped the craziness that is Bangkok.

Hi, I can only say that the room - the entire hotel was extremely clean. We had no problems with bugs of any kind in the bed or the room. You must keep in mind that this B&B is on the river, any bugs that people may comment on will be enevitable where ever you stay, however non seen on this trip. Please dont let this comment put you off staying here - its a truly beautiful place to stay and you wont regret choosing here.

Do u have a parking available since we will be having rent a car
Although we travelled by public transport and no need for parking, there did seem a lot available. As it set in the grounds of a temple you may want to contact direct. Fantastic place to stay though and would go back again and again.
