I booked for a couple nights then ended up with 13 nights almost 2 weeks staying at this hotel. Very comfy bed, very clean and friendly staffs! The location is right in the city and around with restaurants, 7-11 cross the street and 5 mins walking to Ploenchit station skytrain. It was perfect and I will definitely recommend and stay again next time! Thank you ka :)

Me and my partner had an excellent stay at The Quarter Ploenchit by UHG.
The room was spacious and very comfortable with good air conditioning, opening window, mini fridge, kettle and cups, seating area and en-suite. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large smart TV. The pool was closed due to Covid but the look area was open which was nice and the gym was also open on a daily booking basis. The gym itself is small but has a decent range of equipment.
The breakfast here is very good! It’s buffet style and you can get eggs/omelettes cooked to order. Very good for the price of 110 baht per person.
We felt very welcomed throughout our stay. Bee and the two other young men at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful during our check in process.
Pear organised our check out which went seamlessly. She was very pleasant and helpful.
Ari also assisted with our checkout and was extremely helpful with our luggage. He was also very friendly and took the time to ensure you felt comfortable and happy during your stay.
The only real downside to our stay was at the very beginning. Due to our early arrival to Bangkok, we arrived at the hotel at around 09:00, 2 hours before check in. We were told that our room was ready, but we would have to pay 350 Baht if we wanted to check in early. We would have understood more if we were more than 2 hours early or if our room wasn’t prepared yet, but considering that we had already paid 350 baht already for late checkout, we thought that for the sake of 2 hours we would be able to check in. We do understand it’s probably just a hotel policy however it seemed a little excessive.
Nevertheless, we had a great stay here and would recommend the hotel.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. My favorite aspect of the hotel was the location - very close to the BTS line and not far from the park and there are lots of cafes, restaurants and 7/11 nearby. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Ice who was very hospitable and within 1 minute of asking him for more coffee it was brought to my room! Will definitely be staying here again :)

I stayed here for 4 days initially, and I extended to a week, and I extended again 14 days after that. As I'm writing this, I'm still staying here. Well, as you can probably tell, I'm very happy about this hotel in many ways. At first I was a little concern about the Covid19 measures in public areas and I wrote to the hotel about it (this is right after my 16 days quarantine). The management of the hotel were very gracious about the improvements that I mentioned and I'm very happy to say that I saw changes in the public areas, more alcohol gel for use, the lifts had squares on the floor so people can keep their distance, the Covid19 measures will need more improving but it will get there and it is not empty talk, and I know in the future it will only improve for the better. The feedback I gave was taken seriously and I am very grateful and thankful about this. On another note, the hotel rooms are very new, I go from Superior room to Deluxe room a few times. The hotel itself is new, the cleanliness is very good, the room service food is tasty and nice, the toiletries and enmities are very good they have their own in house body wash and shampoo which smelled amazing. The location of this hotel is very good, it is a 5 min walk to Ploenchit BTS and the area itself has a retail mail in All Seasons Mall within walking distance, it is also within walking distance of 7/11, laundry shop, local restaurants. The staff in this hotel are all amazing, I really like them especially Ice and the GM who helped me a lot with general advice about travelling within Thailand and with my Thai visa extension. Staying here feels like it is home away from home. I would return here in the future.

Newly built and stylishly furnished. Rooms can be a little bit too small for 2 people but will be enough for solo travelers. Beds are very comfy. Large TV with android OS so casting contents from your phone is a breeze. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast are also good for the price but I'll have to wait until after the pandemic to see if the hotel will improve the breakfast selection.
My only issues with the hotel are the lack of cellular signal in the B1 floor (where the breakfast is served) so you'll have to use the hotel's free WIFI and the room is not soundproof so construction noises will be audible in your room.
All in all, I personally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Ploenchit area that is transport-friendly, newly furnished, and budget-friendly. Choose this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

I've stayed in the hotel in the first half of November. It feels very fresh and quality. My room was small, yet well-decorated, had superbly smelled towels and good cosmetics. The place is located on a quiet street that has many cafes and quick subway access. Lumphini Park is easily walkable. The hotel has some decoration work in progress still, hopefully, they'll finish soon. I also want to thank Ice and Airry for making my stay maximum comfortable.

It was a nice stay ! best recommendation, in quiet center, BTS is nearby, places to eat are nearby. Friendly staff, all of them, Pear, Namm always pay attention and are here for you. Good breakfast . Price is so surprising cheap, a good opportunity to stay in Bangkok for few nights. The title of my review gives it away: I strongly recommend The Quarter Ploenchit. Not only so for its really beautiful, nicely furnished and cozy rooms with an impressive TV/ entertainment set, that let’s you watch Netflix, YouTube etc. and connect your smartphone. The rooftop pool can also be considered second to none in this price category. The helpful staff, mentioning Ice as one example, was attentive at all times. The hotel’s location is very convenient with Ploen Chit BTS station nearby (two stops from Siam) but despite this central location, it was still quite at night.

Two weeks before the scheduled time, I emailed to move or cancel the reservation (this was a week after the booking was made). They ignored me. I then asked a Thai friend to call them and request they move or cancel the reservation. They told me to "use the website". I tried the website, it told me to contact the hotel directly (which I had done TWICE!). So Then I sent ANOTHER email to the hotel and they again refused.
I have no idea how the actual hotel is, I never arrived. But I can tell you that you should never book a reservation here. There are a ton of great hotels in Bangkok, try those and avoid this one.

Thank you very much for the important information. Your constructive suggestion about that noise was disturbing your rest time at midnight on last week. And that needs our attention. It's also very valuable to us. My apologies for this inconvenience caused. As checked our CCTV on the 11th, we found that the neighbor room accidentally dropped a plastic drink cup on the floor as he walked out of the elevator.
It is our challenging and difficult to fix a room that is not soundproofing. ฺBut we'll try to screen our guests who will staying on the 7th and 8th floors around your room to avoid any disturbing your stay. In the past, we have tried to improve all of your suggestions and will continue to make improvements on this matter.
