The priority of this hotel is price, location and food. Beside these, it really make me feel uncomfortable. Before booking, i called to ask the staff that is it okay to put an extra bed for standard room? She said yes. When we arrive to hotel to check in,we were told by the staff that actually standard room can't add an extra bed. I said i called to ask already. They say whom do you ask? I feel like....! Finally extra bed come after we are in room for almost 2 hours. Furthermore, air-condition not working, they come to fix it after i told them 3 times within 5 hours. You guy don't just realize it's cheap and choose. You can pay a little higher than this at another hotel to get a better service. Highly not recommended especially for family trips.

We visited to Bangkok from 28/02/2020 to 01/03/2020 and we stayed at Bangkok City Hotel. We booked the hotel from online and we requested the higher level but they only gave us the room at six floor and the room view is quite poor. The price is a little bit cheap and happy to stay for budget trip. The staffs were warm and polite but can’t get enough information like trip charges. The room decoration is quite good. The worst thing about the hotel is breakfast and we only have few foods to choice.

Awesome. Almost Everything! Spacious room, great bathroom amenities, great breakfast all taste very good. Cappucino machines are awesome! Near BTS just walk less than 10 mins. The hotel is in the main road with some 7-11 around. Will come back in near future.. Cons: small lobby, small restaurant but its ok, the bed is not comfy you need to replace them to new ones !!

We stay here for 4 nights, i go there for Family trip with low budget. So, we decide to use public transportation like Bus. From Airport DMK we use Bus that stop nearby the hotel. Just need walk around 500 meters. When we want to go around Bangkok, just need walk around 500 meters to get the bus stop.

Favoured by the Chinese. Breakfast is a poor imitation. TV channels in Chinese or Thai. Location is good but lots of noise throughout the night due to check in and out. Staff are curt. No next time for me

Near to bts and street food but not consider walking distance to nearby big c supermarket as the distance with 1.7 to 2 km. The quality of breakfast is average and it pack during school holiday. Hardly the find place to seat and food re fill very slow. For a 1-2 stay is acceptable but too comfy for long stay.

This is a great hotel for the price we got. We stayed as a family of 4 and got a Queen Bed+Single Bed. Pros: Good sized room, good bathroom with tub, great buffet breakfast, good location with a 5 min walk to the closest metro. Cons: Impersonal service right from check-in to check-out. They run this as a pure business like hotel. Stay here only for a good nights sleep. Donot expect service. Overall, a good hotel and i would stay here again.

Come to this hotel with friends because the price on Agoda is catching my eyes plus we got discount from Agoda so we did not pay that much. The hotel is 10min to BTS a lot of street food nearby and it's delicious. The room we got face to the west has a very nice view at night. Friendly staff especially the lady at Front can't remember the full name but start with the letter a. Always smile and ready to answer any questions we asked. The breakfast is on the ground floor I love frice rice but did not have much time to eat because we have a lot of things to with our 3 days in Bangkok. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone who want to visit bkk. Will come again see ya!
