We stayed here for a few nights before our Intrepid tour started and then first night of tour. It was lovely and clean and such a great location. The porters at the front of the hotel were so helpful and were amazing at helping us with how to get around Bangkok. It was a shame the rooftop pool was not open. The breakfast was ok but we only ate there once. A lot of lovely little cafes around the restaurant.

We have stayed at Nouvo City Hotel several times in the past before Covid. It was wonderful to come back to Nouvo City Hotel after a gap, among our favourite places to stay in Bangkok. This is located very close to United Nations (15-17 min walking distance) as well as several places to eat across the hotel as well as in the lanes near it. Hotel food is also yummy and affordable. This is also close to Khao San road - a popular backpacker destination - this is walkable from this hotel. Airport: with less luggage, we took airport rail link metro train from suvarnbhumi airport to Phaya Thai station (last station) THB 45 and then hopped in a taxi for THB 100 to reach this hotel. It takes 40-50 minutes in total to reach the hotel. Staff: staff is very friendly and super helpful 24x7. Our heartfelt regards to the staff of reception front desk, and breakfast and dinner restaurants or those in Canal side tower pool area or housekeeping of 6630 and floor. So helpful and super efficient, meticulous to every detail. Rooms are BIG, and very well done. Great shower area and great shower - special mention! And special thank you! View good. Work area is also very comfortable. I had a productive time working from the room. Coffee maker is very good and so is coffee sachet and mugs. Sleep quality also great. Pool is clean and very well taken care of. Pool begins 8am which was a hit late for us due to work. I wish it pool can open a bit early I. The morning. Breakfast was very good. My special thanks to Chef at live counter to make eggs to order, one of the best omelettes I had there - thank you! Breads assortments to Thai food - all need a special mention. Fruits too good. Excellently located hotel in highly walkable neighbourhood. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, the first two rooms smelled of mould; the hotel was happy to allow us to move rooms until we found a room which did not smell. Very convenient location to walk to Koh San Road and to catch a cab or Grab to the rest of the city.

Price and Service are good, but the room smells old and damp. I got sick for 2 days caused by smell, dampness of the room and the moldy smell of the aircon. Breakfast food is ordinary and repetitive.

we stayed here twice, both at the beginning of our trip and at the end and everything was perfect. The breakfast is really plentiful and varied. We used the pick-up service to and from the airport and it was flawless.

I stayed in the Nuovo City for two nights with my three teens. It’s a good bass for exploring Bangkok - just a short tuktuk ride from the two main temples and the Grand Palace. The hotel has two pools - we enjoyed the one on the third floor best. The staff were very helpful arranging taxis, and we paid for a late check out meaning we stayed in the room til 6pm - we had an overnight train. Good value for money.

Appalling Hotel Within 20 mins of arriving at this hotel I knew immediately I did not want to stay there, issues as follows: -WIFI is TERRIBLE, it literally doesn’t work and is unable to even load a google search. -The Swimming pools literally have hardly any sun beds, you can not get a seat around the pool. -There is no where to buy a drink when around the pool. -The mattresses on the beds are absolutely rock hard, it’s like sleeping on a concrete floor. -The noise from other rooms is outrageous. In summary shortly after arriving at this hotel I told the staff I wanted my money back and would like to leave the hotel. Instead of letting me do that, they decided to be greedy and make me stay there. Even a partial refund would have been sufficient.

This hotel has two very decent restaurants. Good location and used for many tour companies, so lobby gets very busy. There is a tour center right in the lobby for those wishing to do a day trip, but we found trips are costly. The Sala Spa is a total rip-off in this hotel. Very expensive and not worth it. Does have a decent pool however.

Starting with the positive attributes, this hotel is located close enough to tourist sites but far enough away from the parties. The lobby interior is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and it is certainly VERY family friendly. The downside to it being family friendly is that for the two nights I stayed there were children running in the halls until 2am seemingly unsupervised. It’s a great place t you have kids and want them to have the time of their lives, if you don’t and want to sleep, even with earplugs it can be noisy. The room was nice enough, and had good amenities like a razor, toothbrush, tooth paste, etc. This was great bc I had a bag stolen with these things in it the night I arrived and this was very helpful. The door unfortunately didn’t lock properly and when I told the staff, they didn’t seem to care. As a woman traveling alone, I like a multiple locks so was disappointed with this. Also the WIFI was virtually non existent. This is NOT the place to get work done if you have any. Even during the times I needed to just send things via email and would go to the lobby, even their internet wasn’t working. Sleep quality, locks, and WiFi together means I will not be staying at this hotel again and will likely find something more centrally located.…

We really enjoyed our stay in Nouvo Hotel in Bangkok. Rooms are good size for a city hotel and very comfortable. The breakfast had a huge selection to choose from. The hotel has two swimming pools which were lovely but could do with some repairs on the tiles, some missing and loose. Staff were very kind and helpful.
