Three of us in our family stayed at the Sidhorn Midtown Hotel - and the room was spacious even though we had an extra bed in the room. The location is great and is less than 5 min walk to the Chit Lom BTS station. If we needed to use a taxi, we would book it via Grab and the reception would be happy to assist. The Horizon pool is sort of an infinity pool, and was pretty busy when we were there on one afternoon - I guess many guests had the same idea as us to cool ourselves down in the heat of the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was fairly extensive. In addition to the usual sausage, bacon and eggs - there was the Thai selection (with some dishes changing every day) There is a bar as well as a cafe with ice cream on the ground floor There is also an 7-11 convenience store right next to the hotel.…

location is excellent. nearby the shopping area and a metro station. rooms are very clean. good breakfast with lots of varieties. unfortuntely customer service is lacking in the hotel. first of all , they don't answer the phone when I called the reception for like 20 minutes and when I took the elevator and went down the reception was not so busy , there were two employees standing there with no customers. there is no concierge for the information regarding the city and transporations and directions on where to go and how to get there. As a tourist I had to search myself everything online which was not convenient as the recommendations from a local is also better than searching online. Another thing is the lack of availability of a transport to the airport . When i asked the reception, he said he will order a car for me through ( GRAB ) an app for car service , so I told him I can order it myself as i already downloaded the app in my phone. basically it's just a place for accomodation without the extra services for tourists.…

I was staying at this hotel for 30 days. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They are available 24hrs. Naphat is one of the great staff!! The room was awesome with city view. Also the pool is amazing! Great!

We stayed at Sindhorn Midtown hotel for in April twice - first time in a double room and second time in a suite which had one bedroom. Both room types served us really well and had nice decoration, comfortable beds & were really well cleaned. Loved the pool and the gym & breakfast room and selection there was amazing. Special thanks goes to Naphat, who helped us with Thai language, transportation needs & made sure we had everything we needed. Greetings from Finland to him especially! We will definately come back - hopefully soon!

The hotel staffs are so kind, super kind and helpful. Especially Naphat. He is so nice and tend to help the guests. Rooms and facilities are clean as well. Surely recommend to stay here. There is 7/11 in front of the hotel. So convenient. Marvelous!

I want to thanks everyone from Sidhorn Midtown Hotel for the amazing service, our clean room and help for when we did not know where to go or how to get there. New minimalist hotel with great location, will definitely be back again. The team have been very friendly and helpful, especially your bell/conceige, Khun Naphtali. Since day 1 we have checked in, he’s been giving useful advice and checking in on how are we when he meet us, even checking in if you did our pre-departure ATK! The hotel is newly opened under IHG. The room and all hardwares are freah tough compact. The location is wise and easy to access the downtown with shopping malls and other vibe restaurants and bars. The breakfast was nice with variety of choices but need more staff for the service during peak hours. The pool and gym were fantastic with nice view and frwah equipment. The most impressive service was by Khun Tanaphat with great care and guest recognition. He helped us a lot during our stay and made it memorable. 🙆

The hotel is lovely. Clean, spacious and well decorated room. The view of Bangkok is amazing. The staff is polite and service is top notch from every staff that we encounter. We booked a birthday staycation for my mother and the hotel arrange a decoration on the room and a surprise birthday cake at the dinner. Recommend the restaurant on 2nd floor for dinner. The breakfast has many choices. Even the cutlery and plates are well chosen( the plates are from Turkey). Lots of Instagram corner for photos at the restaurant also.
