The hotel used to see better times. Right now it looks just sad. Hotel corridors and room itself smelled odd and dusty. Room was in a need of touch up, bathroom and overall cleanliness to be improved. I paid extra for a higher room category with the “sundeck”: total price of stay was a bit over 100$ for two nights. Please see the pictures attached for the old bench (sundeck, isn’t it) with rusty nails pointing out (not safe at all) and dirty terrace itself. Towels were worn out and bedding had stains, though the bed was wide and comfy. I understand that in given Covid 19 circumstances everyone is trying to cut the cost now, but even the breakfast was so tiny, I’ve never seen such a poor selection, not even a piece of cheese available. Minibar had expired items inside, which I realized after the first bite and had to throw it away. Upon check out I explained and showed the picture and wasn’t charged for it, but instead had other items added on the bill from the minibar that I didn’t even see there. Wasn’t a problem to remove all from the bill, which I appreciate, guess it just wasn’t refilled from the previous guest.

If you come by car, note that the parking space is really limited. Also, it’s 1000THB per night for the safety deposit, so prepare some cash accordingly.

To point out the good side of this place: room was very quiet, the hotel has great location and awesome staff. From the doorman to reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff - everyone was always with a smile, sincere, welcoming and willing to help. I wish you guys to make this place great again.

Be very careful if booking here with booking.com and paying via PayPal.
My friend had the holiday voucher and proof of payment
And on checking in was refused accommodation as a the agent used by booking.com had failed to pay the hotel.
The hotel was fully booked and the staff were very unhelpful in helping with a solution.
We lost 4 hours of our holiday trying to get through to booking. Com and waiting for them to find an alternative
Hotel which eventually they did.
Despite already paying he had to pay upfront again in another hotel and wait for a week for a refund .

Had the absolute best stay here, stayed for two weeks and will be coming back to stay here again. The location is amazing- a three minute walk to Sukhumvit, terminal 21 and the BTS . The room was spacious and nice and had a big window with a decent view. The rooftop pool is amazing, clean and plenty of places to sit and relax. The breakfast was buffet style, with a chef that cooks eggs to you request, with plenty of fruits, pastries, cereals and some Thai food. My stay would haven't been complete without the staff there. I cannot praise the reception ladies and the ladies cleaning the rooms enough- always smiling and extremely helpful! Check in and check out was very easy, hassle free and fast. Would highly recommend to stay here

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; mainly because of the friendlines of the staff and management. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to be greated with a smile from every hotel employee you pass by. Overall the rooms were clean and well equipped. I found them a little small; but to be honest for Bangkok standards the rooms size was average as most rooms in Hotels in Bangkok tend to run on the smaller side. I booked the room through an online travel agency and there was an issue with my reservation upon arrival to the hotel. I simply showed them my confirmaton that said I had paid in full, yet they could not locate the reservation in their system. They said no problem, they gave me a room and they helped me sort out the issue with the online travel agency. The breakfast is good with many different choices, the rooms are clean, modern and well equipped, the roof top pool is smal but nice, but it is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff that is the main attraction.

We really did not know what to expect from this hotel and on arrival we were a little dubious as the approach looks a bit dodgy. However, we made tha perfect choice. The hotel is situated close to Sukhumvit Road and easy walking distance to public transport. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious, the ac worked well and we had no exterior noise. Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar and swimming pool. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely select this hotel if visiting Bangkok in the future. The reason I have not awarded an excellent is that I found the breakfast a bit limited to my taste, but thats due to a personal preference and the drinks service a little slow at the pool bar. Did not detract from my satisfaction with this hotel.

I’ve been on this hotel for six nights with my wife and we love it. The hotel is located in a quiet street but close of everything (bars, restaurants, pharmacies, ATM, metro, shopping malls, etc).

The hotel has good rooms with a strong air-conditioning system, and good bed and a modern decoration. Amenities on the bathroom with a good shower and good towels. Also, they have a pool on the roof with a lot of chairs to seat (but not so many to take sun) and a bar with service for someone too tired to walk some steps and get a cold beer.

The breakfast is good with western and oriental food. A good coffee and a place to smokers like us.

The staff is really friendly and helps you with anything that you need.

Highly recommended hotel.

We have been using this hotel for a few years now staying 3/4 times a year. The staff are excellent in all departments. Comfortable beds and pillows nice bar and restaurant on the roof which is always busy the manager is always there to welcome us back. The hotel is within walking distance to the BTS and there is a 24 hour tuk tuk to take you to Sukhumvit Road. Very enjoyable stay thank you.

The location was great for getting around. We got the train/sky train from the airport and it was very easy. Just a little walk to the top of the road is the sky train station and the ARTBOX market. There are lots to do within walking distance. Many nice places to eat and shopping Malls etc. The pool and bar had a great view and had lovely plants and places to lounge around, all very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought our room with a balcony was brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and big. The bathroom has a nice big shower and plenty of toilet tissue. The TV had lots of English channels and there was plenty of plug sockets. The breakfast was good, and plenty of choice for all tastes.

Hotel is fine, good location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Minor improvements would be:

- room service menu to the room (not have to go upstairs to the restaurant to order)
- better breakfast, the pics posted in the lift advertising breakfast DO NOT represent the actual breakfast by any means
- zero laundry service

Saying that, these are minor issues. The hotel is good and great for the money. Enjoy your stay.

We stayed here mid-Dec 2019 on a friend's trip. It's a conveniently located hotel with the metro close by and a nice rooftop bar/pool. We were out most of the day but the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast buffet is okay (not excellent, but good enough) with a decent number of options. It's a good hotel to stay at if you're looking for an affordable place and plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

Yes. I used airport drop off provided by hotel. We were taken in Mini Clubman car for 700 Bt. From hotel to airport. However when we travelled from airport to hotel we used public transport. It is easy and cheaper. At the airport Take airport skytrain link to Phaya Thai (44Bt) then BTS train to Nana station (42 Bt) then 5 min walk to hotel.
