Positives: friendly staff and airport transfer very efficient. Free mini bar However rooms grubby, in need of updating and a deep clean. Shower hose was filthy, hair and grime found in shower and all over shower door. Hair and layers of dust found on table and above light switches. air con really noisy and freezing, blowing right into bed. Had...

Large clean room with some drinks and snacks included. Very friendly staff, willing to help you with all your questions. They will pick you up at the airport and bring you back, which is perfect. Also they are willing to bring you to the train station if the mini bus is available. They gave us a phone for when we...

Stayed here for one night after a later arrival flight before travelling down to the Islands. They met me at the gate and gave me free transport to hotel, (although this is fairly standard) Room was clean, shower was good. A/C comfortable bed. Also a free minibar, with beer and soft drinks and snacks.

I have to say I was a little dubious as my free airport pick up turned into a bit of a dingy side street. However once inside the hotel, I felt, well, relaxed - as per the name of this little gem of a hotel. The whole theme of the hotel is lilac, which is restful anyway. My room, No....

Oaw! I was very impressed by the Amazing service. The staff was super kind and prompt. Outstanding service, they looked like they were waiting especially for us, they offered free ride to the airport, free snacks and drinks. The room was nice and clean.

We stayed here the night before an early flight back to the UK..the receptionist was efficient on arrival, and had all our flight details to hand, and arranged an early wake up call. Our room was a little dated and had a slight smell of damp, but it was fine for one night. There is very little in the vicinity,...

Small boutique property near BKK Airport. Great for transit stay over. I arrived late to BKK, no problem finding shuttle at meetings point, 10 minutes to Lilac. Friendly transfer staff and efficient check in to double room on 3rd floor after cool 'welcome' beverage . There is a lift. Room was to my expectations for transit hotel: very clean, comfy...

Nice transit property. Breakfast n airport transfer included in price. Once u book, they will email u to arrange your free airport shuttle in no time. Rooms are good, though you can hear commotion outside slightly due to not-so-thick walls. Similarly breakfast options too could be improved. The reception lady speaks good English and staff is helpful. Recommended :)

I already used several times the Lilac Relax-Residence Hotel to layover in Suvarnabhumi Airport and always been treated very well. After the reservation via internet the confirmation email comes very fast and they always consult the need for airport transfer to the hotel. Every time I requested the transfer they were up at the airport waiting for me. Always smiling...

This is a great hotel if you are looking for a couple of days before flying out. It is convenient for the airport. The owners / staff are very nice people - very friendly. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. They also each have a veranda. We liked the garden and swimming pool. The area is quiet, away...
