Pretty nice apartment. Everything worked fine and it seemed decent for the price you pay. Wifi signal was decent, staff are incredibly friendly. Such a good location, a few minutes from Soi Arab and has a 7/11 and a really good restaurant (Dubai Restaurant) right next to it. All in all, a very decent apartment.

We booked two separate rooms and from the photos looked very nice and comfortable to stay in but they had taken pics of the new building and put us in the old one. I was very disappointed with the horrible service I got when I asked the most simple questions.. I would not recommend this to anyone... only good thing...

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments, which was large and clean. The staff were helpful at times and provided us with a DVD player on request. Location was good. On the negative side, Internet was free but patchy and kept dropping out. It is impossible to self cater as although the kitchen is huge, there are no...

the pictures show a light, airy and clean hotel. When we arrived we got to the side gate of a very grand looking building called Chaidee Mansions. we were quickly escorted to the other, much smaller and dirtier building which they have clearly just bought into as part of the chaidee mansions. The reception was no existent to the point...

We used to stay here a couple times and enjoyed it. This last trip was the WORST experience ever. We stayed here, and noticed it was new management. When checking out, we were charged for a broken glass (which we did NOT break) for the price of $12.00 (USD). Really? We know those glasses go for only $1.00 (USD) at...

the main problem is the location . Your room is on the noisy street . One good point , washing machine and sarensa rugby channel for sport lover. Room is dirty , smal bathroom and no good pillows. It is cheap but no service, swimming pool not available . Internet slow ....you should find better around .

Very central location and friendly staff. I stayed in one of the studio rooms, located in the front, old section of the hotel. The first room I was shown to on the first floor showed its age and looked a bit shabby, but once I was moved to a 3rd floor room, it was much better. The room was very...

Arriving in a new country and a huge city its worth it to have the reassurance of decent (and well placed) accommodation - Chaidee Mansions is THE place. All the staff at Chaidee Mansions are helpful, there is a 7/11 right next door, Bumrungrad Hospital, the metro, lots of restaurants, places for massage. Really I couldn't recommend it more -...
