Spent two nights here with my husband while in Bangkok. It’s right next to Khaosan road which is convenient if you’d like to party. We stayed in the deluxe room with pool access. The room was spacious enough but the shower and toiletries were basic. Bed was good (firm mattress, average pillows). If you arrive super early (we were there at 8am) you can use the outdoor shower on the pool level (in your costume of course), there are men’s and ladies toilets you can use to change after. They can keep your luggage for you. Breakfast was very poor (mainly Asian cuisine- and not great at that).

If you want to stay close to the buzz of Khao San but in a nice hotel, this is the place for you.

Brand new, very clean rooms.

Efficient check-in / check-out (no issues with returning 100THB deposit)

A stone throw away from Khao San but no noise at night.

Nice pool with nice view, despite only being approx. 8 stories high. The pool was freezing in December, though!

A breakfast was a bit of a let-down, considering the hotel is so nice. Typical breakfast you'd get in SE Asia, but everything was cold.

A little pricey, mainly due to very strong THB... for the same price you'd get a much higher standard room on Sukhumvit / Silom, but you're paying to be close to the party.

I was moved to this hotel after the Chillax resort hotel I was previously at had to close, well I thought the Chillax was a good hotel but this place was even better, unfortunately due to government rules we couldn't make use of the pool or bar but they looked great.

Anyway the rooms are excellent, 50" smart TV hardwired to the WiFi, easily the best WiFi I've had in a Bangkok hotel as well.

The beds are big and comfortable as are the rooms, the shower and jacuzzi bath were also great.

The staff were kind and attentive, even when doing a 12 hour shift with little to nothing to do, pandemic has all but stopped tourism.

The location is great for khoasan and the surrounding areas, I would recommend looking down samsen 4 for food which is a short walk away where you can find lots of street food at great prices.

Overall this hotel was above and beyond my expectations, anyone wanting to experience khoasan road with the comfort of the top Sukhumvit hotels you should really consider staying here.

5 stars on everything, thank you for making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as you did, I will be back.

Shower was terrible, just a dribble.
Small room.
Had an issue with breakfast, paid for 2 breakfasts for 2 different days and the hotel insisted I have 2 on one day! Would not accommodate, even when booking.com clarified I was only one person.
Had to call and let them know when I had finished eating my room service so they could pick it up, couldn't simply leave outside or until the next morning.
Lots of noise, was woken by other guests quite a few times.
Tried to make me stay until house keeping had washed my sheets to see if 'two pink dots' would wash out, even though i had noticed stains on the sheets, but not worried or complained, they are still clean. Sorry, I had a flight to catch! Thank goodness I did not pay a deposit, I would have missed my flight or lost it.
Did not feel welcomed or like a guest in this hotel, terrible experience.

Hotel utterly let down by the staff. In my multiple visits to Thailand I have never in my life encountered such rude staff. Bangkok has been shut down, all restaurants are take away only and the manager is harassing people at the door searching bags to ensure no one brings any food into the hotel, leaving guests to eat on a bench in the street which are all busy or pay extortionate amounts for poor quality food on the room service menu. They even tried to snatch away a bag containing takeaway food I was bringing in to eat in my room. Would not recommend, stayed in so many Bangkok hotels and staff far friendlier in every one.

After seeing mixed reviews on this hotel, our expectations were not very high. This hotel really surprised us! We booked 2 double deluxe rooms with a street view which were spacious and had everything you needed. The 2 rooms were also on the same corridor which was helpful when switching between the rooms. The pool was clean, with nice views and a bar up there too. We paid extra for breakfast each morning which was worth it, with a variety of foods. The best thing about this hotel was the location, a 2 min walk from Khao San Road and other nice bars/restaurants were nearby.

Do not be fooled by the 4 stars or marble floors. The rooms are dirty and extremely small.

The location and foyer is great.

The pool was closed when I wanted to go and the bar by the pool closed without any intention of opening.

I knew the rooms were small from other reviews, but it was much smaller than I expected. The large accumulation of dust and empty bottles behind and under the bed disgusted me.

The hotel staff was not really helpful, they could not point me to a place where I can buy a sim card or but a suitecase.

The breakfast is sub par for what you get - two fried eggs and a piece of white toast.

If you are a backpacker with money that wants to party and do not care about sanitation. This place is for you.

There are much better and cheaper hotels in the area.

We stayed at the delightful villa de Khao San for 3 nights. We found the staff polite happy, and courteous. Our room was immaculate, large with an amazing bathroom. Literally a one minute stroll from the madness of khoa san road, the roof top pool provided relief from the heat, hustle and bustle. Stunning views of the grand palace and across to the skyscrapers of bkk. We just cannot fault thus hotel in any way and will not hesitate to stop here again on our next visit to bkk.

Very nice, modern hotel close to Khao San Road and walking distance to Grand Palace.

Although close to Khao San Road it is fair enough away that there is no noise.

Room was nicely decorated with a comfy bed.

Pool and bar on the roof which is very nice to cool off in after a long hot day! Bar prices are quite high but to be expected on site at hotel, same as anywhere else!

Only 4 stars as breakfast is not great but nothing to complain about seeing as it is included in the room rate anyway.

Would recommend this hotel and will stay again when we return to Bangkok.
