Booked a triple room. Room was spacious and clean. The location is just perfect - quiet and away from the noise of Khao San yet also a walking distance away from Khao San and the Phra Arthit pier, which connects you to many tourist spots via the waterway. Room service is only available upon request, which was good in my...

During a 10-day stay in the city, this was my favorite (I also lodged at Adamaz House and KC Guest House). Spent 3 days/2 nights here in March. I didn't encounter the rude staff that previous reviewers mention. Maybe I was lucky or maybe those employees are no longer there. I got a room for 1000 bhat per night in...

Over the past 10 or so years I've gone to Banlumpoo Place. Basically, because it's in a good location, it's quiet (because they are within their own compound) and the rooms somewhat resemble an actual hotel room: 2 club chairs, student-size desk, reasonably comfortable mattress, hot water shower. But what gets me is that the staff is so dysfunctional. Rarely...

I always stay here while I'm in Bangkok for a few days. Big room and friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet. I've always been able to walk in here and get a room no problem. It's a great location on Banglumpoo Road and close to Koh Sarn Road. It's an awesome spot if...

The Hotel is a bit tired and undergoing renovations. The rooms are large and quite good with decent air conditioning and hot water and plenty of light from windows. The balconies are not really accessible as the air con units are installed there. The mini bar is stocked with a range of reasonably priced drinks with a free water allowance....

OK, not really cheap with 21.000 bath/a month (including water, electricity, wifi, cable TV and cleaning) but a little oasis away from the hustling and buzzing of town ! Rooms have a decent size ! Clean and pretty well equipped. They come with a wall mounted flat screen, fridge, big AC, king size bed. Depending which room you may get...

I am unsure as to why this place has the good reviews it does. Sure - the rooms are clean and the AC is good and location is fine but everything else about this place is pretty terrible. The place has ZERO vibes and generally bad atmosphere. You have literally walk through an underground carpark to get the rooms. The...

1300 Baht for a massive room with 2 balcony's, fridge, decent a/c, LCD TV in a quiet back facing location. Breakfast was good. Best night sleep in Banglumpoo for a long time. No noise. Quality room. Can't fault

Staying in Khaosan area is always noisy and non-secure. However, this place is really quiet and clean. A/C works very loud though so we could not use it at night, but rooms have windows with fences which we used to open. It is a good place at Khaosan and a good value for money.

Stayed here so we could get a good nights kip after travelling with little sleep. We got a double room for 1200 baht plus 500 deposit on keys. It's a little pricey for Thailand but worth it if you have the money. The room comes with air con and shower (with towels), they have beers (around 50 baht each) and...
