Booked in for 10 nights in August and stayed on the third floor, I booked through a well known online booking agency three months prior to my stay and requested them to contact the hotel as I wished to prepay my booking. The hotel refused so on the completion on my stay I was charged a 3% fee for paying with my visa card which then attracted another fee from my bank. I discovered later that another well known online booking agency charged the same amount of my booking but could be prepaid with no fees!. The location is central and you must request the room to cleaned as it will not be automatically cleaned each day. The shower area has no curtain because there is no curtain rail and there is nothing to stop the water from spraying out onto the bathroom floor which it does. The wifi is good although you have to login quite often. I found the staff to be mostly helpful but there is a manager that is most officious, Maybe good for one or two days stay but no longer.particularly for couples.

Honestly not one to even really write reviews, especially not a bad one but I feel others need to be warned. I actually had a really nice stay here and was planning on returning a few days later. On my last night I returned back in the evening to discover the small glass shelf in the bathroom had collapsed and therefore cracked, yes I had put some toiletries on there, but that is what a shelf is for. It being fairly late I decided I would just explain it to them in the morning at check out. They decided apparently it was my fault, even though I explained to them it had happened whilst I wasn’t in the room as was just down to wear and tear etc, They refused to accept this explanation and insisted I pay to replace the shelf. In the end I paid, because what else could I do. So beware, if you stay here and something just happens to break, it will be your fault and you will have to pay! I stayed here 24-29 January 2019

Great location to Koh San Rd. as it is about 2 blocks away from it. The beds, however, are pretty firm. Rooms are clean and a nice size plus the service staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room with breakfast, though we had to ask for it each morning. Really the benefit to staying here is it's location to the Grand Palace, river, and Koh San Rd. There are so many great things to do around this guesthouse that make it a perfect place to use as a home base for 2-3 days.
