Taxi queue was 1 in a 100 year storm at Bangkok airport so I was grateful that I booked at this hotel for a change as it's at the door step of Siam BTS station. You just walk through the mall's restaurant area and the hotel is right at the rear. Check in was smooth, room's finishing is first class,...

The hotel is based in Siam Square, so close to shopping center, both Siam Paragon and MBK Centre. Also walking distance to Jim Thompson house. The hotel facilities and swimming pool is great. The service around the pool is very good. The rooms are nice, but shows some wear and tear.

I travel to Bangkok at least 3 times a year. I generally stay at the Grand Hyatt, but that hotel is a bit dated and looking tired. The renovation of its rooms two years ago, rendered many of them very small, dark and cramped. So - while I did stay at the Grand Hyatt this trip, I decided to stay...

Cozy hotel, nice lobby area. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed 3nights at deluxe room type, the beds are comfortable, free snack and fridge bar every day. Other than room standard facility they have microwave as well which is very good if you have take away food to bring back to your room. Hotel location is very convenient,...

The Hotel itself is a really nice property. For a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices some the front desk staff would benefit from some additional training. I booked with AMEX Platinum which had a promo for 4 nights pay for 3 and included breakfast and a set-menu dinner at Niche. I also booked a spa treatment which was...

I have been to Bangkok for many times over the years. The experience with Siam Kempinski Hotel is the best among the hotels that I had stayed in and staff is friendly. Easy access to nearby shopping centers just across the street.

I didn't think anything could beat the razzle dazzle of the St Regis Bangkok but I was pleasantly surprised to find the Siam Kempinski. A really beautiful hotel with accompanying royal service to boot. It's not the cheapest hotel in Bangkok but it's reasonably good value considering the quality of the hardware, service and special touches. The spa was quite...

Very good localisation for shopping, nice lobby, but so huge desapointment about the services and the tarifs. Had booked a family suite, the room was more a service apartment than a suite, without executive loundge acces (a bad news when you pay such price), a never saw a so bad services and welcoming in Bangkok (check in, loundge, breakfast). Maybe...

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay with us.
