We knew exactly where we wanted to commemorate my 60th birthday … based on our previous experiences at Siam Kempinski, the decision was obvious! The hotel has been our home in Bangkok ever since our first stay at this property in 2014 and we haven’t had any doubts that we will always keep returning 3-4 times a year! We love Bangkok and staying at the Siam Kempinski is a major part of the reason we keep coming back. Our 9-day stay was highlighted by the special attention given to us to celebrate my birthday and I wish to personally give my commendations to our Gent in Red: K. Fam , our Lady in Red: K.Jasmine, the people up at the Executive Lounge: Manager Tidathip, and K.Anchalee. Special thanks goes to K.Takky and K.Frank for presenting me with heartfelt gifts to make my day extra memorable . Our lunch at SRA BUA was exceptional, as usual, with K.Peck being the ever so gracious host during our meal. During the special Italian-French tie up for the Sunday Brunch at ALATI, Executive Chef Carlo was very happy to see us again and made certain that all our dishes were perfectly prepared. My kindest thanks also goes out to the Housekeeping staff who kept our Suite impeccably clean & fresh throughout our stay, as well as the birthday decorations laid out to surprise me on my special day! Despite these challenging times with the Covida-19 virus affecting tourism to Thailand, this hotel is not cutting corners.It is offering a memorable stay with attentive staff tending to your needs & an abundance of food meticulously prepared by connaisseur chefs. We stayed there for the weekend & could see that the hotel takes precautions in screening arriving tourists with temperature checks & offering hand sanitizers as you walk into the hotel lobby.We were booked into a duplex room at the garden wing of the hotel offering direct access to the pool from your living room. Mrs Phitchayapha (Lady in Red - a signature feature of the hotel) escorted us to our room. The Garden wing is also a short walk to the Executive Lounge, where one can enjoy afternoon tea & evening cocktails from 2 pm onwards. Again the service there was impeccable with Mr Patipat and his colleagues Aunchalee & Panwaree paying attention to the needs of all guests at any time of your stay. A truly memorable experience & a heartfelt thank you to all.

I know I must be a fish in the “Sea of Reviews” for this place, but will place my own opinion of my experience.
This was truly a different experience due to the situation, being I went during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Never the less what an amazing experience it was, from being dropped off to our leave into the Taxi. We were treated fantastically, the service here are unparalleled. The polite front deck service who aided us in our questions, even the maids who cleaned the room were very considerate of our child who slept, while they cleaned. They didn’t have to but was very amazing.
We had the continental breakfast even though no buffet due to virus, but was still all you can eat. The servers kept things clean, and were polite, as well the cooks. The cooks did an making job, cooked everything spot on as well, talked to us about just random things.
The grounds itself are very impressive as well there rooms. The pool/garden as well the pool access we had for our Kim was impressive. As you can tell from the pictures it was truly grand experience.
Location is perfect for visiting the Paragon Mall with a crosswalk as well a second floor walk into the mall itself. So much to do, and super convenient to get to.
Expensive..... yes for sure! But if you are looking for a Luxury experience with an amazing location, convenience of food as well amazing service.
This is definitely worth it!

I am very happy with the hotel.I had a pleasant time and so far it is the best service in town. What impresses me is that I feel this hotel goes an extra mile to exceed the expectation with some small little extras. I had a wonderful breakfast at Alati Restaurant. The food is amazing in both presentation and quality. I was deeply touched by the service staff that really pay attention to our table and they make us feel so welcome. Also, for afternoon tea, I personally love the scone, madeline, and macaron. For the evening cocktail, Panang Chicken is really good so I did refill for the 2nd round. All the food is protogenic. You can look at the photo I uploaded. The room is great. The pool access room is amazing and it brings us the resort feeling. Totally recommended. You will experience an amazing resort feeling when you look out from your balcony and see lush green garden or you can just walk from your balcony to the pool. The room amenities are also great. I love that they have a wireless charger in the room! Also there are universal sockets available in the area we need them to be! The bed and the pillow are very comfy. They also prepare a birthday cake for me in the room which literally sparks my joyful feeling when entering the room. Last but not least, we feel so warmly welcome and relax throughout the whole stay. This is my 2nd visit of this restaurant after a year past. Still found satisfactory on both food tastes and services. Staff welcome us warmly with special Mocktail called Berrielicious👍 Hands sanitizer available on table with a small pack to keep our face mask during dining. K. Yui show us pictures menu while recommended signature dishes and bring us all type of sauces to try out with the lamps that we ordered. Chef Lak visit our table to check our food satisfaction as well. Surely enjoyable and we finished them all. Thanks for an attractive services from all staffs, there are many tables dinning at the same time but we notice that they visit other tables as well. Surely recommended this restaurant.

Since called to the hotel for book the table at Sra Bua Restaurant, operator staff named Bee really helpful and polite. Very warm welcome from K.Srivarras and his presentation was so nice and clear. They also prepare a plastic bag for face mask and hand sanitizer for customers on the table, really concerned about hygiene. Also K. Teera & Natthakrit are very friendly. All dishes were great, both taste and presentation, especially Kaprao foie gras. Spent around 2hrs here for the food journey but felt need to stay longer!

Excellent Hotel, worth staying! You feel so welcomed the moment you stepped into the building! Front counter staff will escort you to your room after finished check in. While walking to room, will introduce you their facilities. I need not say more about this Hotel!
What's best: 1. Next to Siam Paragon. Connected between hotel and mall via a covered walkway at L2. Shop till you drop! 2. From the mall, D&G exit link to skywalk to big C supercenter, centralworld etc 3. Room is super clean, complete toiletries provided 4. Capsules type coffee maker 5. Excellent international TV channel 6. Daily drinking water and beverages in mini bar is complimentary! 7. Welcome fresh fruits basket and candies 8. Low noise pollution even staying facing swimming pool 9. All staffs are super friendly and always ready to assist you!
What I dislike: 1. Pillow too soft, I need to use 3 pillows 2. Super weird and protubed sink tap. It was so out it actually occupied in the middle of the sink, tgus it is difficult to wash your face without risk of hitting your face onto the tap! 3. For 2 days, the housekeeping keep knocking at my door asking if my room needs to be cleaned or I need extra towels, but I did not ask for house cleaning nor the "make up" button is switched on. Weird! 4. Was here during the NEW YEAR but it was a disappointed cannot see the fireworks at all.
Overall, I am happily with the hotel. Definitely will come and recommend to friends!

This is our second visit but our first time during this pandemic. Excellent service from all staff, as always. We booked the Test & Go package, which was required for quarantine-free travel during the time we visited. The hotel’s communication from the time of booking to our arrival was great. Transfer from the airport to the drive-through swab test and then straight to our hotel room for check-in was seamless and smooth. Highly recommended!

My wife and I decided to have a weekend away, and decided to try Siam Kempinski for the first time. Fortunately over the weekend they had some great deals. We choose to stay in a deluxe room which overlooked the Swimming Pool, although during this time it looked like they were doing some renovations of half of the pool area, which is a smart move considering the current situation.
The service at this property is absolutely impeccable. Each team member we encountered went out of there way to ensure we were having a memorable stay. Although buffet breakfast is not available, they do offer a fantastic a la carte menu in the Restaurant which you are able to order anything from this menu. The quality of food and service at breakfast was fantastic.
The room was immaculately clean, and offered all one would expect from a Luxury hotel, including complimentary mini bar.
Unfortunately, we did experience 2 small issues; 1) When we arrived on Friday night we decided to order room service. After making our order the room service team called back to advise they had placed the wrong menu in the room, and some of the items were not available. After which they brought a new menu up with our meal. Unfortunately, the quality if the room service food was very poor for a hotel of this standard. We ordered the Croque Monsieur, Spaghetti Cabornara, along with some other things. The Croque Monsieur was certainly not correct, it was basically a half toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwich with some fries on the side. The Spaghetti Cabornara was inedible as the cream had split and was in a bowl half filled with oil.
2) When we showered for the first night it was obvious the room had not been used for some time. When we turned on the rain shower black dirt/sediment from the pipes poured out.
Whilst there is some areas of improvement, this is still an amazing hotel, would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience some great luxury, with impeccable service. Even though we encountered some issues, we will definitely be back in the near future.

I was for a four day stay in this wonderful hotel. Usually I am not a big fan of Kempinsky - seems to me just too old in style and design. However, this Kempinsky is the opposite and very modern, stylish, perfectly located and directly at a huge modern mall. Staff was always friendly and best service was at breakfast. At the second day the staff knows exactly what we liked (such as Cappuccino or Omelette). The service and handling in times of Coronavirus was very good, such as temperature testing entering and leaving the hotel, everywhere sanitizers (even in the elevators etc.). The pool areas was not overcrowded and well of service. The rooms are very clean and modern, but not cold in design. Ambience lightning, tear-down service, amenities etc. were all very good and no complain. All in all a five star hotel with a good SPA and GYM (both on top of the hotel with sometimes very nice views). The lobby is wonderful, and the Reception was very well in service, such as welcome towels and drinks and we got a nice upgrade of our booking with bigger sized rooms with balcony. I can recommend this hotel - better than expected!

Siam Kempinski has an direct access to Siam Paragon an Siam Paragon has an direct access to Siam BTS-Station.
From Siam BTS you can reach all interesting Points in Bangkok.
Via BTS you can reach Chatuchak in 30 minutes.
Platinum Mall is an 20 minutes walk via Skywalk or
take a Tuk-Tuk, it’s a funny ride. Don’t forget to negotiate the price:-)
