Excellent hotel with top notch service that many hotels should emulate. Strategically located at the Siam BTS station that connects to the Airport Rail Link at Phaya Thai station. Experienced many hotels around the world with renowned chain, but this one certainly stood out among the top I have experienced. From the doorman to housekeeping to reception to restaurant, all of them living up to the Thais - Land of Thousand Smiles. Well done Siam Kempinski. Will be back soon.

I love housekeeper that they always taking care and making room look good and the environment and air is fresh and feeling relaxing, also the staff at arriving and departure are good to support, the breakfast is delicious and menu are changing every day I love it and only coffee taste that I don’t like, We appreciated and sure we are returning back.

Really impressed once stepped into the hotel, love the ambience. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, the bed is comfortable.... everything seems perfect... Love the breakfast at Niche, good variety and super yummy.... one of the best hotel breakfast I have had. Staff are friendly and conversant in English, always greet guests with great smile. Great location which is just stone throw away from Paragon and BTS. Everything seems perfect for the short stay and definitely will come back again... :)

The team in the restaurants and the staff were exceptional in their service and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It’s an upmarket and luxury place with great access to local malls. I have been here three or four times, and had nothing but great service from management and the staff in general. It's very convenient for shopping in malls, with Paragon next door. As an aside the service you get with the airport drop off is incredibly well done. They check you in and take very good care of you.

This is the best hotel in Bangkok or dare I say in Southeast Asia. The staff were so warm, friendly and genuine in making me welcomed , pampered and valued. I tried to stay at other 5 star hotels in Bangkok and didn’t feel the same . The staff embodied the kempinski brand. The room was luxurious and so comfortable. I love the location and connectivity to the mall and bts train station.

The hotel is very nice just 2 steps by walking to Siam Paragon and shopping mall. The room is clean. Executive Lounge on 17th also there are a lot of food and drinks that all I can eat. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly especially Takky at Executive Lounge. She always take care me and my wife.

We’re just back from four days at this incredible hotel. Cannot fault one thing. The service was impeccable, the facilities were top notch, the room was spotless with everything provided right down to repellent for the mosquitoes. The location is ideal for a city visit.
