I've stayed in Hopeland Residence many times mostly with family. This time I travel alone. The hotel itself, for the price size of the room and service is great as usual but I find a few quite uncomfortable things I wish they can improved. 1. Only one card key is provided although 2 person is staying in the room. We...

Hotel was definitely superb but only at its lobby. It loooks like a palace.. with high ceiling and beautiful lighting but the main fact highlight will of course be the room . The facilities is just there to add on to the star of the hotel . 1.The rooms i can say the aircon takes sometime to cool up the...

1. We arrived at this hotel rather late (about 1AM in the morning). We was tired and hungry so we used the kettle provided in the room to boil water to cook some instant noodle. Because too tired, we ate the instant noodle and didn't realize anything till the morning : the water that was boiled in the kettle turned...

When me and my friends first came to this hotel, our first impression was 'wow! this hotel is so luxury' because of the luxurious' lobby. BUT, on the way to our room, we saw that many walls are kind of broken and they didn't fix it. and our room was omg, it didn't meet with our expectations. not at all....

Stayed here for three nights. There was an awful sewage smell eminating from the bathroom. Reported problem to management and their solution was to keep a key card in the electricity latch. Thus ensuring air conditioning was on at all times. Presumably, this was an attempt to minimise the horrible odor. Clearly this is a problem that has been reported...

Stayed here for 3 nights. The time here was very pleasant. The deluxe rooms have high ceilings and are well maintained. There was a full sized fridge in my room and self contained with cooking appliances. Free bottled water every day. Small balcony but good to get outside every now and then. Excellent gym , swimming pool and sauna. A...

I booked 3 nights at Hope Land Residence in early August 2016; standard room for a 50% discount on hotel, com. If you're looking for a hotel in Bangkok, I suggest giving this hotel a miss. For $10-$15 extra per night, you can stay in a far nicer, newer hotel that's closer to attractions and shopping. The standard room was in...

We stayed there 5 nights in July .This hotel is clean but the staff service should improve because they all look like lazy to serve the guest. The breakfast is normal and nothing much to select (something the foods are cold and not serve in hot). Conclusion, Good stay for budget

Unfortunately for myself and my partner we did not read the reviews of this hotel before booking. We travelled South East Asia for a month and this has to be the worst accommodation yet. Reception staff are not just unfriendly but actually rude and almost purposely unhelpful (with six staff sitting on their phones looking at facebook while you try...

We stayed there from 01.July to 06.July.2016. On the first day, a bit upset coz even though we booked non-smoking room, we only got the smoking room as all the non smoking rooms are fully occupied. Smoking rooms have more facility like microwave, pool view, etc. But since we couldn't stand the smoking smell, requested them to give us the...
