I give Sinsuvarn Airport Suite a decent rating for several reasons. Proximity to airport, of about 7 minutes average trip; 24 hour FREE airport pickup and drop-off on the half hour (I arrived very late at night, and left at 4.30am for an early flight); normally low cost per night (this varies according to time of year - at Christmas/New Year holiday season the price is almost double what I paid in late October); I had a nice large room, with adequate lighting, switches/outlets; frig, hot water/coffee/tea; good air-con; large comfortable bed, toilet accessories. Staff were friendly. There is a large food market nearby. On the negative side, the TV had only Thai channels, with not a single English-language channel; for a major airport hotel, they must get a lot of foreign guests who want something other than Thai TV! When I showered, I found only cold water. After the shower, I discovered a flash water heater under the sink! How you can control that from the shower area, I still cannot figure out, and why it was installed there is really strange. I have never seen such an arrangement in any hotel ever before, and it would surely violate plumbing/electric codes in most countries!…

Positive is airport transport and breakfast. The room is a hostel, very old furniture, bathroom cant be closed. One night for early flight is ok. Still better choices available for this price. Do not use the restaurant for dinner, go outside where you can find much better quality. I would not book anymore.

My family really like this hotel, free breakfast (a lot of options to choose), our room was on 4th floor, quiet area. The staff were friendly and helpful. We sleep well after a long day walk around town. I really don't understand why others people complained so much. They all must be someone's boiled kids, whiny people. The price was so cheap compare to what they offered us. Free airport shuttles, they clean our room everyday. They even packed togo breakfast for us because we had an early flight. The hotel is within walking distance to convenient store 711. Must try local restaurant name At Home Cafe (10 mins walk). We stayed 3 nights and has nothing to complain, we were all very happy.

Was great hotel with 4* rating, breakfast buffet available and room service too. Mini bar available in the room Location far from city, Difficult to go city and if you go for vacation better to go city hotel. I booked for week but I checked out after two days because of the location.

Flies and mosquitoes dominated our room and the corridor areas on the ground floor. Rooms Should have been sprayed before guests arrived and not whilst we were there having brought the issue to the attention of staff who did their best.

The fish is budget, so don’t expect anything beyond that. Two stars is probably the best rating for the hotels standard. Stuff is good. The location is at the end of a side street. Close to the airport and they do offer a free shuttle. The bed was rockhard. Fortunately, I only needed to stay one night

The hotel is very near the airport, the breakfast is so good. Special mention to the service that the taxi offers to pick up and return you to the airport ( totally free). The only thing i did not like itso much is the deposit i have to gave ( 500 bath) in case of damages. When I did the check out t I have to asked for my money back since the hotel personnel did not mention anything.

Avoid if you can. Very basic hotel, more like a hostel to be honest. Possibly the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Really noisy air con that stops you sleeping. The chair in our room looked so dirty I was reluctant to even sit on it. If the air con doesn’t keep you up all night then the roosters and barking dogs start around 5.30am. Pay a bit more and get something decent. This place really brought us down at the end of a fabulous holiday to Thailand.

Disgusting place no pool as being renovated no toilet paper in the room dirty and smelly needs a makeover friendly staff came for lunch and waited 10 mins for a drink could only order a few things of the menu give this place a miss if your at Bangkok airport

Booked this hotel as on booking needed a SHA+ hotel for five days yet this condition was dropped on my arrival. Paid £68 for PCR and antigen test and no cash refund offered yet gave me £47.60 in vouchers to use in restaurant. Room not cleaned due to hotel policy during Covid yet I expect this to change soon. Swimming pool not in use and dirty yet I expect this will be cleaned and available soon due to covid restrictions easing. Not much around hotel so taxi needed if want to explore although 7/11 pharmacy and restaurant a short walk away. Perfect as a short stop off hotel between flights but not enjoyable for more than a few days. Rooms are nice and big and staff very pleasant and helpful.
