The rooms where to a poor standard. The bathroom was not nice, the doors didn't lock. The view from pool was ok but the kids did not like the pool. The best thing was the shuttle to the airport and the complimentary drink by reception desk. The staff where useless, one member touched my 9 year old grandson inappropriately thats why he didn't like going to the pool. Had to take taxi to train station as it was far out from transport. Avoid if you can.
I can't believe some of the whinging stupid reviews on here. Comments like "we couldn't check in until 2pm". Every hotel in Thailand has 2 or 3pm check-in and in most other countries too. Someone even complaining the swimming pool has sun for only 1 hour a day, well if they had looked at the photos any idiot could work that out - it's in between the hotel buildings :-). This hotel is less than 1000 baht a night for a double/twin room, do these fools expect the Hilton for that price? :-) Here is a more rational opinion...... The hotel is very convenient for the airport, about 15 minutes or less in a taxi. There are also shops fairly close and a big market just along the main road about 1km away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I've stayed in a few hotels near the airport and this one relative to price was the best. Last but not least, the staff in this hotel are all very helpful and pleasant. The hotel also has an airport shuttle bus. For 1000 baht a night for a double/twin room it's great. …
We arrived at the time we said, which was 11 am, we actually arrived at 11.45 am. On arrival we were then told, we can't check in till 2 pm, or pay more. She proceeds to show us another room, it smelt and was so TINY. This place is a DUMP, and I highly recommend you never stay here! Very disappointed and angry!
I have stayed here before a few times. But this time it seemed to be in poor shape. I would imagine there are better options. This hotel was built with cheap furniture and now it is really showing that.
I stayed here with friends for one night in April 2022 before an early morning flight out of the Bangkok airport. The location and proximity too the airport were great, and they do provide a shuttle service (although you have to schedule it in advance - when we tried to call the front desk person had a part time understanding us so we ended up taking a taxi there and then taking the shuttle back to the airport the next morning). We stayed in the triple deluxe room with three twin beds which were basically all smished together to form one super-bed. The room was small and the bathroom was not very nice, but it got the job done and was fine for the price. The AC was a little lacking as well. But for the price per night and the amount of time we were at the hotel, it was worth it due to how close it was to the airport. I wouldn't recommend it for a multi-night stay, but if you have an early flight it would be good.…
I stayed at this hotel for one night before flying out of Bangkok the next morning. The airport shuttle was very convenient, though it does cost money and you have to schedule it in advance. We stayed in a triple deluxe room which was a fine size but all of the beds (three twins) were touching. The room was a bit warm and took a long time to cool down. The shower in our room only pointed to the wall unless you took it out of the holder. Ultimately, for the price point and amount of time we were actually at the hotel, it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a multiday stay.
Nice location for who is coming from or going to Suvarnabhumi Airport which is 10 minutes by car. To consider that it is located next to the Major Robinson Ladkrabang Mall and 6 minutes by walking from The Paseo Mall. Regarding the Cottage: No welcome, we checked in with our son sleeping in our arms and no one asked us if we needed a help to carry our luggage or offered us to use one of the dedicated carts. At first they assign the wrong room, a room that had to be cleaned and had separate beds. The building is dated and it was clear that maintenance is not a priority. Unfortunately there was also a lack of cleanliness both in the common areas and especially in the small room. The floor in the room had not been moped and the bed sheets were stained, also the bathroom cleanliness should be improved. The swimming pool is good for advertising the resort but the sun shines on it just one hour per day.…
I have stayed at many hotels more expensive and with more star/ratings than this near this airport, and this is by far the best and it's also cheaper than all the ones i have tried so far. Do not waste your time and money booking anything else if you need to sleep close to bkk Airport
I have book The Peninsula Bangkok for a night during December 2020 and I got the best service. I book direct to the hotel that I have a chance to talk with Temsiri Yurabye ,she is a reservations manager. She talk very nice to me and do thing very quick. Just after a minute she have send me a confime booing and give me a call for reservation. I talked to her and metion that I book the room for my mother because is her birthday then she offer me a cake for my mother during stay. I really appreciate with the service mind it make me feel as a good friend.
I have tried this hotel twice during the Covid 19 debacle. Limited customers made for good discounted rates. Rooms are clean. Pool is clean. Staff has been pleasant. No issues at all Except...it rained last night and the street in front of hotel was flooded. So getting to the door was unpleasant with rain soaked shoes. Not hotels fault
