This is a great hotel. Great rooms, restaurant and staff. A big thank you to Mira on front desk who helped me greatly with booking problems I could not resolve alone. I misplaced her card for some time so this review is quite overdue. Looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel located in the heart of Sukhumvit Near Skytrain and Metro. Easy to walk to Terminal21 with the sky walk from the hotel. The staff are grate especially “TUI” and his concierge team ( Pete, Boy, Tow). He always take care and give a good recommendation around the hotel.

I stayed at Sofitel in Bangkok in May, The hotel still have renovations. The reception, they move up to 31st Floor. The room is very nice, I got the new room. They have new items call “Digi Valet” you can control everything from hear. The concierge team are very professional. They know everything. Thanks Pete, Boy, Tui, Tony, Kiki, Natty, Tow and tee.

We stayed at the Sofitel for three nights at the end of our honeymoon and it was a wonderful way to end the holiday. We adored the room with lovely decorative and culinaric details linked to our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, helpful and engaged. SpeciallyIng and Benja at the reception were very helpful in organising various details. We also love our access to Club Millésime were we spend many relaxed and luxurious hours due to the wonderful work of the lovely staff, namely Shoki, Gift, Gale, Finance, Nok, Luis and Machy. Firstly the hotel is in the heart of the City of bangkok that’s Sukumvith . The staff here are very friendly and helpful with everything. Thanks for the good work Mr.Tui and Ms.Natty always been kind to welcome me always. The rooms renovated recently and they have very good Interiors with white & blue and they have Balmain Products in the restrooms.

Well placed location next to Lumpini Park.Staff are very friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast is very comprehensive with food to cover most taste. Great view from the 23 floor. The SO/SPA is great as Jib at the desk was most welcoming and Nida who gave the massage was excellent.

I’ve enjoyed traveling to Bangkok many times over many years, but this was the first time staying at Sofitel and I highly recommend it! The location is perfect, the rooms are amazing, and the service from the front desk - in particular from Mira - was exceptional! Already looking forward to returning during my future travels, and even extended my original stay a few days.

Arrived at the hotel to an unexpected sight of a renovation site. The check in was also underwhelming with the reception staff not having all my booking details especially missing the Club Millisime. Despite the less than ideal start, my stay only got better from there. The newly renovated rooms were beautiful, compensating for the lacklustre view out of the window (another construction site). The room was luxuriously appointed with a large bathroom and bathtub. The colour palette unmistably French. We spent most of our time in the Club and the hotel facilities. We got to know the staff at Club Millisime, including Ms Khaow, May, Gift, Tide, Macky, Tap, Shoki, Tum, Gale, Nok and Ann who went out of their way to ensure we felt right at home in the Club. The Club staff were friendly, hospitable and very responsive to our every needs. They were always smiling and receptive. Even their trainee staff (Gale) were exceptional. I've been to various Sofitel hotels around the world including Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore and my time at Bangkok Sofitel has been one of the most delightful.
