I was disappointed when taxi pulled up down a dark side street to the hotel, I could see resemblance to the photo shown online but suspect that the photos on the website were taken a long time ago and in the hotel's prime! It is not in it's prime now. As a family of 2 adults, 2 children we booked... More

We searched for a hotel with an airport shuttle, there isn't one! The Public Taxi desk at the airport didn't know where it was, neither did the taxi driver so it cost us about twice what it should have. The room was HOT - there's no power unless the card is in the slot, so the fridge was defrosted and... More

Not a lot of good or bad to say about this hotel really - distinctly bland! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and when we told the staff that our air con wasn't working they dealt with it immediately - it couldn't be fixed so we moved rooms. It's not particularly close to the airport and there isn't very much... More

Chose this place to stay off the net as reading close go airport. Not true it took us a good 30 mins to arrive. On arrival there was nobody to check us in the driver did it! The room was just ok but I am doubting if the bed had clean linen! The pillow slips were stained yuk. The rubbish... More

As stated by other travellers, no where near the airport, not handy to anything really. Wanted a hotel close by airport for one night to catch early flight next morning - what a rort! Bathroom needed complete makeover, even down to old used soap in dispenser, cobwebs on wall of shower, someone else's talc powder on bathroom....ugh!! Front staff wanted... More

We booked this hotel on the recommendation of our tour operator for one night pre cruise. We had been to Bangkok before so we did not need to be near anything. When we arrived I tried to bring to mind the pictures we had seen on the web site. I thought we must have been at a totally different hotel.Goodness... More

I asked my boyfriend if he wanted to switch hotels before we arrived at this one because something told me to switch.....wish I would have listened. If you look at the pictures of this hotel, it looks beautiful but I was surprised when I arrived, it didn't look like the pictures at all. They even had pictures posted in their... More

Bad stuff first... As others have said, this place is NOT right next to the airport. It costs between 150 and 200 baht by taxi depending on the route, tolls, and airport or call-ahead surcharges. Also, it's not an address everyone immediately knows so it's handy to print out a map before hand for the driver. It is also not... More

We arrived for a one night business trip from Stockholm to Bangkok with an early morning arrival and an early departure to Manila the next day. We thought hat this would be a convenient place to stay for a quick shower in the mornuing and an early and efficient departure the next morning. That was a big mistake. It is... More

This hotel is very friendly and nice. Located near the airport and the seacon Square shopping center, a nice park. Restaurant, 7/11 are pretty close, parking is free. staff is friendly and spa is nice. Breakfast maybe a bit basic
