I can't get over how much I liked this B&B. The hotel is located between two busy roads but the owners created such a tranquil and peaceful place you won't even notice the traffic anyway. The venue is build in authentic colonial-style, both the building and the rooms. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel at home. Breakfast... More

Dear Emilie, Thank you for for taking the time to write us a review. I'm very happy to hear you felt at home at Baan Pra Nond B&B and enjoyed our breakfast. True, we're located on a main road, but I hope that the convenience of being close to the sky train and the pier outweigh the traffic. Once again,... More

So many hotels in Bangkok have no character, so it is fantastic to stay in one that has a personality, run with love by the hands on owners. (The mother of one of the owners was also helping out, a wonderful lady full of great conversation and tips.) The decor is a beautifully rendered Colonial/Thai in a neighbourhood close to... More

Would strongly recommend this as a base for getting around Bangkok. A great small guest house with the personal touch. Rooms are very clean, showers great and the breakfast is just enough at the start of your day. If your like me who does big hotels for business, this makes a great change. Close to Skytrain station and river boat... More

I haven't stayed in many B&B's, but I am so glad I chose this one! Very friendly and helpful staff. If you get breakfast, they serve a different meal every day for a week. Only about a 5 minute walk from the BTS station. It was hot when I arrived, so they served me a cold drink while I waited... More

We thorouhly enjoyed our stay at this homely colonial style guest house, hot water shower and good nights rest! Highlight was the lovely breakfast served with a smile! Our only complaint being no fridge or coffee / tea facilities in the room!

A really nice place to stay, the skytrain and River taxi are just around the corner. Very friendly staff, They helped us a lot with getting around and had some useful tips. Rooms are clean and the pool is nice,a little cold but that is just what you need after a warm thai day. Definitely coming back!

I had a delicious breakfast and friendly hospitality of the manager and staff for staying for 10 days. Small but clean and had a pool. If I come back to Bangkok again, it will stay at this hotel.

This was a pleasant place to stay in Bangkok. Although the hotel is located in a very busy area, the traffic noise did not bother us. Staying in Sathorn

Neighborhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
