Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.

A simple hotel with nice location. Services almost not existing. Food quality and variety terrible. Staffs were not cooperative . Breakfast had very limited variety and pathetic food quality. Will never stay in that hotel again . There is far better option available in same price range there.

I checked in on the 15th of July 2019 with my girlfriend and supposed to check out on the 17th for 2 nights stay but after the first night we decided to leave. Staff not friendly, non smoking room that smelt like someone just smoked in, very uncomfortable bed and pillows, so much noises in the corridors in the morning, shower head wasn't working well but worst of all we found a big cockroach and 3 spiders in the toilet. We decided to check out earlier and none of the staff even try to find out why. Terrible experience.

We stayed there for a week. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by one of the staff named Chanpeh Liah. Very friendly, helpful and polite. She gives us advice where to go for shopping and see places. The hotel is excellent. Great location accessible for train. Great hospitality. Comfortable clean and quite room. I recommend for everyone to stay there.

The worst aspect of my stay in this hotel hell was the staff. I am not the kind of traveller that needs 4 star accommodation, I'm fine with the basics. I chose this hotel because others nearby were booked. Although the rooms had seen better days, The reason I'm giving this hotel such a low rating is because the staff were the worst I have ever encountered. They went beyond just rude and unprofessional, they were downright belligerent. I made no demands on them and I am a polite person. The staff took hours to fix simple problems like magnetic room keys not working. Guests were forced to sit in the lobby for hours until problems were fixed. They blatantly made rude jokes about guests in Thai and they did not even bother to hide this. Please do not stay here.

I choose this hotel due to very close to St. Louis hospital for our medical checkup. It is inside the small road and not very near to the BTS. So if you are not ok with the walking, please avoid this hotel. The first day to check in, we have problem with the lift spoiled. So they ask us to check in at their sister hotel. The room are smaller and the beside room have fighting the whole night and we couldn't sleep. The next day we transferred back to this hotel as per our booking. The room are a lot bigger and very clean. So far no compensation for the first night we suffered with small tinny room with sleepless. The service skill need to improve for getting more customer.
