Service was an A+. Door staff 24/7 all are very friendly and helpful. Location is an A+, right across from the metro train station. A good mix of tourist and locals in the area. Plenty of food options around, close to markets and bars. Condition of the room was not great. The room was not at all like the photos in the adverts, non of them are, cheaply made and quiet dated. Also not the cleanest. Pool was nice, especially at night and has a beautiful view around the edge. Pricey for the room but happy to pay for the service and pool. The restaurant connect was also lovely. Great food and service.

Was very disappointed with this hotel... I was a return guest... use to be more friendly and good maintaining hotel, now rooms are old, smelly, water heater not functioning well, staff are not so polite and have to pay if request for extra pillows. Very first time in my life that have to pay for requesting extra pillow(existing only 2 pillows in room) Beside good location of this hotel the rest are just disappointed.

First , they give only one Key no matter what . My friends and I staying and I had to wake up at 3 am to open the door for my friends to get in. Second, the room very dirty with lots of dust(carpet). Third, air conditioning so loud and can’t control it, forth , the swimming and gym are in the worst condition you would imagine (see pics). The swimming pool turn green maybe not cleaning for many many months. The gym equipment are all broken. Last, the house keeping don’t clean the room when I’m back at 5 pm. Even I put the sign on for cleaning, I had to call 3 times for housekeeping to clean. I won’t be back at this hotel ever ever again,

In this hotel, everything is chargeable including ice and extra pillow. And there is no courtesy in delivering the message. I asked for a steak knife for my hotel room to cut fruits, but they directed me to the restaurant that’s connected hotel and told me to convince them. The front desk had a woman who was constantly shouting and berating someone who looked to be junior to her. Totally unnecessary. The humiliation was both on check-in and -out. No star, if I could rate them that.
