Ok so this place was just fantastic according to us. Having stayed with a bigger hotel chain on a super busy street previously on the same trip to Thailand we did hope this smaller and newly built hotel would be less known and therefore a bit more quiet, and we were lucky to be right. This place was calm and quiet for being BKK, with that said, nothing in this city is quiet as a Swedish forest (if you get what I mean) but it was def much better than the previous hotel we stayed at. Room was all very clean, very nice sheets on the bed and really fluffy pillows and duvet. Felt really luxurious and comfortable! Bathroom was all nicely cleaned, sometimes the hot and cold water would go on and off a bit, but it wasn't really a problem for us. Pool area on the roof top was a real joy after sightseeing in a hot BKK. It's not big but enough for some relaxing hours before dinner. There are some sun chairs and sunbeds and there's staff to take your order despite them not having a bar on the rooftop. In general all the staff at this hotel were most warm and welcoming, we felt so at home with their great service :) They work hard to make you feel good that's for sure. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection of hot and cold dishes. One morning they were out of watermelon, so we asked the staff working and they were kind enough to go to the kitchen extra to get us som freshly cut fridge cold watermelon! And good to know is, you can ask them for eggs, if you'd like them a different style then the ones served automaticlly on the breakfast buffet table. When we come back to BKK next time, we will def be staying here again!

This hotel is very affordable, very clean and very friendly helpful staff if you want to know anything around Bangkok. Lovely small infinity pool on the 7th floor and gym. The shower temperature was a little changeable!

We stayed here for a one night, thanks god that not longer. In the pictures hotel looks with the nice furniture and clean, but actually the furniture is really bad quality and in the room we saw a lot of dirt. On the floor a lot of dust, hairs, dead insects. Doors was dirty with something white, as well was with the curtais - white stains. Thanks god that bed sheets and towels were clean. As well in the room we have strange doors, to nowhere, probably you can go to the next room. Due to you can hear everything what’s going on near, really bad sound isolation. As well we had included breakfast, but I recommend to eat breakfast out of hotel, because it’s pricey and not worth. Not a lot of choices. For a hot beverages you get only black tea and black coffee. Location - not the best. Metro station quiet far, but river station near.

It is a nice, small and new hotel BUT in a very odd area and with a lot of limitations. Strengths: a) clean rooms, b) reliable internet service, c) helpful staff, restaurant staff prepared MSG-free breakfast upon my request, d) seven eleven in the door-step, e) rooftop pool. Weaknesses: a) very basic breakfast items (NO CHEESE) and every day the same, you can feel tired looking the same, b) weak shower/hot water, c) limited English TV channels for which also you have to request, d) very inconvenient location, e) no easy access to night life, restaurants and other facilities, f) no spa services, g) only 3 one way shuttle services provided to the BTS station in afternoon, which does not help, g) very expensive hotel compare to other similar hotels in good locations, h) very limited restaurant menu for lunch and dinner. Recommendations: a) It is OK for 1-2 nights, if it is longer, anyone can feel bored. b) Don’t book your room with breakfast, you can pay Bhat 300, if you like. c) If you would like to enjoy shopping, the city life and vibrant evening/night life, it is not the right location. d) There is NO restaurants and shopping mall in the neighborhood. You need to take taxi for every reason, which is a kind of hassles to bargain to taxi driver every time. SHOW DC is the only shopping center near to the hotel, but it is deserted, unfortunately. There are only 2-3 shops and few restaurants with very few visitors.
