A family hotel, the staff very helpful, especially the staff at the kitchen : Tak was amazing, also Trip, Toey, and Mama. The food very good, the pool has jakuzy and wonderful small watter-fall, there's also a gym with all the new equipment. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the main street of Sukhumvit. The rooms are big, the bed is extremely comfortable. I recommend this hotel

Not recommended for a first ever visit to Thailand but if you know the BTS system it's a handy find & the rooms are FABULOUS! We were celebrating so ours was made up wonderful (thanks guys), very polite staff await you but in our experience only full English speaker was the I.t. guy, the rooms the winner here, from Sony media tv on swivel to the abundance of power sockets and USB outlets clearing demonstrating how new this hotel is. The food is bad it's for this reason I couldn't give 5 stars although I did speak to them about this and (as new hotels too) they are developing every month so hoping this is sorted for future clients, it's very close to bang chak bts station so terminal 21 centre is like 10 mins away for great shopping & eating plus the shuttle is a blacked out Mercedes shuttle with all refinements and a fantastically friendly driver :) It's situated in an area that's undergoing renewal so yes you get the usual residential sounds around but again were told they are on the case, it's no more noise than most hotels in Bali we found, usual roosters & dogs lol, on the plus side though your way out of the hustle & bustle of the city. One huge letdown is no wine? First ever restaurant with no wine but they are fine if you bring in your own. To finalise, the rooms, the staff and the great gym are worth the rating, everything else not so much but pick what works for you, as with all my reviews I've kept as positive as we can and attached pics too

Stayed there for 3 nights in Feb 2019. We loved everything about Thailand but totally disappointed with our stay in Siam Tharadol. However, there are good things. Good : -Clean and spacious -Friendly staff (James and BTS shuttle driver) Bad: -Location (As others alluded, almost all taxi drivers I spoke to had no clue where this place is. Some drivers had to ring the reception for the exact location. It is somewhere middle of some shaggy rundown industrial area. The photos on the internet won't show you this. -The walk to the Bang Chak BTS is not far but it will be a hassle at the end of the day when you lost all the steam walking around the whole day and just want to get back to the hotel with truckloads of stuff you have bought. Yes, you can call a taxi but it takes a long time and cost you more. BTS is by far the fastest and cheapest way to get back. But the downside is the shuttle from the hotel to BTS station ends at 10 pm. -Breakfast: We are not fussy eaters but the breakfast served was way below average. For a four-star hotel, the options are very limited. Maximum 4-5 choice. I asked for a simple peanut butter toast, the staff politely smiled and said no peanut butter. For God's sake, Thailand is heaven for peanut as every stir fry dish is garnished with peanuts. What surprised me most is you are allowed to order the only dish from the 5 choices and you will be charged for the extra dish. The hotel management really needs to look into the breakfast they serve and also look around what other 4 star hotels' breakfast options. -Power outage: I wasn't expecting this to happen. No backup power. Maybe we were plain unlucky. I am sure this is not a daily occurrence. Overall, Siam Tharadol is overrated and not definitely value for money. Generally, Thai hotels are pretty good and most 4 star hotels provide a decent breakfast. The management at Siam Tharadol will have to sit down and think about promoting this location especially among taxi drivers (At least a signpost at the turn in from Bang Chak station) as well as other ways to lure customers. I will not be staying there again for sure considering there are so many 4 star hotels in Sukhumvit area with BTS within a short walk. I have no good reasons to recommend to my friends either.

Everything was great about this hotel, from the super friendly staff to the excellent rooms, we loved it all. The location is not bad as its about 500 meters to the Train which can take you to most any central location with in the city. The rooms are big and spacious, the food in the Restaurant in good, and the pool is clean and cooling after a long day of sight seeing and shopping. Be sure to enjoy some Thai street food while your there, just a few minutes walk from the hotel as well as the night market which is a 20 minute train ride. This is one excellent place to stay.
