First time to stay holiday Inn express soonvijai hotel, Excellent reception staff warm welcome and helpful about the room is cleaned and the breakfast is very nice. Good location is near by hospital and the hotel have shuttle bus Tuk Tuk service is very convenient. Love holiday Inn express soonvijai
I was at the hotel for the vicinity with Bangkok Hospital. I had no bad experience at the hotel. But the reason I am writing this review is to extend my compliments for one of their staff Aryan at the reception. He speaks perfect English and helped me not only download the 'grab' app but with lots of other local knowledge and travel advice. I would remember this hotel mainly because of how cordial and helpful he was. I hope his honest effort is recognised by the management here.
Service is great! Staff are warmly welcome! Hotel is clean. Location is convenience to access Bangkok Hospital. Hotel also have Tak Tak to drop off at Chumburi MRT station and also great to go shopping at Terminal 21 which is just 1 stop from Chumburi station.
I paid for the Covid 19 package, and then it was canceled by the Thai government. I requested a refund and send them all the needed information but it has been 5 months and I still have not gotten anything. I communicated many times with them but there is no effective actions.
I just love this hotel. The location, the ambience, the care I get from all of the person working in the hotel, the cleanliness of the room, the care I get in the dining, their tuktuk service- all of these are the reason of my staying there again and again. As because i continue to stay there again and again the hotel staff treat me like a family and I also feel like they are my family. They are very cordial, helpful, well behaved and well mannered. They come to rescue me and my family when ever we faced any kind of problem. Even the general manager " Mr. Poppy" kept in touch with us during our stay and always tried to make us feel like home and thus took good care of us. Under his guidance Miss Nut tried to take care of us. The people working in the reception- Markey, Aryan, Bookie, Mild, Apple; all were helpful, generous, cordial, accomodating. The manager of dining May and her staff Nick was so good. Always guided us to order our food according to what taste we prefer to enjoy. Even house keeping staff cleaned our room properly. The staff named George also took good care of us when ever we needed his help. The tuktuk drivers were kind enough to drop off us when ever we needed their service.…
Appreciate NAT and reception team for good service. I was looking for a hotel near the bangkok hospital where my grandfather was having some operation and I came across Holiday Inn Express Soonvijai which looked nice so I decided to stay there. The room was perfectly cleaned with very useful amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, they all seemed very happy to do their jobs. The hotel is so close to the hospital it took minutes of walking, very convenience. Along the way you will find a small department store, a convenience store, and some street food vendors.
It make sense between price and products. Service is impressed. Girl staff at reception long hair in suit so kind for me. Thanks NAT. i like view from room. it's not tall tall building around here. visibility to far. Next time if i come back to Rama9 or Phetburi Road. i will be back here.
The warmth, care & the speed with which all the front office officials address any issue is beyond “wow”. Each and every one of them was always charged and energized whenever it came to addressing customers’ needs. Aryan, Mild, Nat, Nod, Dave, Nisit and Marky and the whole team were all very nice. No words enough to thank them. No words enough to describe their performance. The food department which was handled by one very nice Ms. May & her team was beyond expectation too. The breakfast items were always very fresh and warm. Overall, my experience with this place has been a wonderful one. I am glad I chose this place for my stay.
The room is clean and nice. Easy to move around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended with 5 Stars! During the enforced mandatory Day 1 quarantine, staff even went the extra mile to ask if you would like to have a meal if you arrived after noon time. They will even give recommendation, such as, either hotel served food or online platform option. I tried ordering through online platform and everything was seamless (e.g. from ordering, until the delivery of the food/drink item at my door step).
According to my point of view, hotel's location is not attractive. A bit far from main road " Petchburi Road " Nothing interesting around the hotel but next to Bangkok BDMS hospital. There's a convenient store opposite the hotel. Staff is very very helpful no matter HK attendant or Afternoon shift Front desk officer on 16 April, they are willing to help whatever they can do. This point need to be raised up. Nice room but not spacious. WIFI in my room 729 need to fix as the signal always cut off and can't even see " Reels " in IG. Almost no signal. Hotel do not have a swimming pool but they have a nice zen garden
