Very good hotel for the price. Great location on Silom road and easy to walk to some main tourist areas and sky train about 10 minutes walk away. Great rooms, happy hour 2 for 1 6pm- 8pm with excellent wine.. great value for BKK. Breakfast is ok- good with some variety day too day. Pool small but usable. Only issues I had was no working air con in the gym so unusable in the heat and also Wi-Fi was way too slow in my room.. at times could not check emails even so for business if May not be too good. Would stay again as staff are very helpful and friendly but please fix that Wi-Fi

Ms Sea is helpful at front desk. Novotel Silom Fenix Hotel is good location with good massage around the hotel. Grab is easy to access as well. Just one thing where the food around is not so easy to get.

Booked here for my short trip in bkk: 3d2n Everything was smooth, accept the house keeping was so slow. I asked for hand soap and slippers 3 times but noone sent them to me. I finally got down to Reception to address that. It was the same with an iron req too. The housekeeping operator was polite and friendly, but i didn’t understand why she coordinated to her team so slowly to solve my req. Other than that, all was amazing. And yep, id love to stay again in my next bkk trip.
