Place started off being nice. A little worn but expected for the price. Also, Generally a nice staff, especially Mia who is amazing. Though, on the last night we wished to check out, or room was insanely hot and humid, which made it IMPOSSIBLE to fall asleep and stay somewhat comfortable. We had no aircon, but a fan which is useless. So by those circumstances, i went down to the lobby to ask if i could stay there for the remaining 4 hours, before i had to check out, since the lobby had aircon. The answer was simply an aggressive no. I told him i didnt understand why we couldnt, since we were able to do it on the 10’th before our check in. Then he implied that I lied, which afterwards i told him, that i of course didnt. After multiple attemps to convince him that i was not lying, i went to my room, with my last remarks saying, “the room is so f*cking humid and hot”. And on the way up on the stairs i hear him yell “f*ck you” to me, which made me drop my jaw. So i asked him what he just said to me, since this form of service was unheard of. He then went out of his working area to my side, stood directly 10 cm from my face, making aggressive and threatening body language towards me, while DEMANDING me to go to bed. I was furious and extremely upset, but since i do not know the law and police of this country, i decided to go to my room again. This morning though, when i went to deliver my key, the same aggressive and unprofessional thing happened again (I have this interaction on film) and i do not wish to think what he could have done, if mia didnt came and told him to be quiet. I hope the hotel has some type of response to how they will handle him, which i hope leads to resignation, and also how they respond to this situation.

This place just has the nicest atmosphere and the loveliest staff. Would definitely like staying here again. Saw that I was looking sick and let me check inn early. Great breakfast buffet. Location a bit outside of the tourist center.

We stayed here to plan further traveling to different islands and it was great! The staff are all super friendly and always helpful if you need anything, especially recommendations for restaurants and other facilities in the area. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. I can warmly recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t need a five star resort especially because being in Bangkok is not about staying in the Hotel but about exploring the city and local culture. Looking forward to staying here again!
