I stayed their for 3 days and overall it was a nice experience. Wifi was very slow, small pool, and no safe box. Service was very good, ideal location (5 Min walk to BTS) and spacious room. Due to BTS, transportation is very easy to airport and other locations

Old style rooms, spacious, luxuries stay. We were 3 people opted for 2 rooms close to each other, to our surprise they gave us connected room. Breakfast (American) was good, and cooked well. It is an antique hotel with all good amenities. Although the room has a different(stinky) smell may be because of the kind of room freshener they are...

I stayed only 1 night in The Promenade. No complaints, except for the noisy AC. The Hotel is conveniently in the centre of Bangkok near BTS Sation Nana, you can walk from there to your room. No breakfast but enough restaurants within 100 meters.

Excellent location but next door room rented to customer of bar girls which resulted in banging each night and morning with haggling of prices!! Hotel Hore House... Stay away from rooms ..902 as next room is interconnecting. Now I realize why the staff insists on changing the sheets and towels every day.

Old style Thai hotel in Soi 8 good for the budget traveler. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had a problem the first night with bed bugs and was moved immediately and without fuss. Second room was good. The hotel is in a nice Soi with some very good restaurants. Close to Nana BTS and handy to the nightlife around that...

This was a clean friendly place on a quaint street with lots of great restaurants. Rooms are very reasonable and a pleasant staff. Nice little swimming pool on the roof was a bonus! Highly recommend for the traveler on a budget. Would definitely stay again on my next visit!

Good news first: The Promenade Hotel hotel is located nicely, close to Nana BTS and staying here is affordable. Also no problem with the staff, everyone were friendly. Sadly the "affordable-brand" is shown in every corner. Rooms and corridors have been decorated with dark colors and gives a very musty feeling. Room where I stayed had single beds and in...

While booking request for a higher floor. We stayed at 5th & 8th floor with amazing sky scraper views. The hotel also has a roof top pool with of course a great view. Pool size is small but who wants to stay at the pool and miss out all the fun inside the city. We didn't try out the food....

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
