The hotel doesn't have any lift. There is no staff to carry your luggage. There is no room service. Wifi is obsolete. We have been allocated room on 4th floor. You can understand the difficulty in carrying luggage all the way up. Call to provide towels gets no response.
Hidden in an alleyway in Sukhumvit Soi 31. Affordable rates but not as great as other hotels at a similar price or even lesser. Comfy room with a good bed. Friendly staff and very helpful. No elevator so getting a heavy luggage is a hard time to up and down the stairs. Overall an ok hotel if you're stuck in Bangkok for a day or two.
The bed is very comfy and good to stay for few days. The hotel has no elevator and it's pretty hidden in Sukhumvit 31 if you go there by car. No parking available. Walking distance to Terminal 21 and food.
At first glance I liked this cozy hotel, and it is quiet. But I quickly realized the internet connection, although advertised as 'free wifi', did not work. This was a seriously problem for me as I could not do my work. The front desk seemed unconcerned and there was an excuse every time, including the rain. This is not true, of course as I have stayed at literally a hundred hotels in Bangkok over 25 years. They just tried to reset it again and again and said, "sorry".... Also, had a problem with hot water in my room too.
Located at a small street of Sukhumvit 31, over all it was a nice stay but prices charged for one night was a bit too steep for the facilities it offered of course. The hotel had no elevator and it needs an urgent upgrade to stay in competition with the same price hotels. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping was good as well. But had no other facilities to keep guests engaged. The room was comfortable and surprisingly very suspicious. The bathroom was neat and clean and fairly big. Very peaceful stay. Would have been nice if I would have paid less.
