This hotel is not part of any major hotel chain so I did not stay until this month. At least it's part of Mr & Mrs Smith and Hyatt recently bought MMS but so far Volve Hotel has not joined Hyatt and cannot be booked via Hyatt. Consequently there are no benefits such as free breakfast, room upgrades, happy hour, etc.

If Volve Hotel decides to join Hyatt in the future I would be interested in returning because the hotel itself has some appeal with interesting rooms rather than boring cookie-cutter. However in a city where suite upgrades are plentiful with various hotel chains being generous with loyal guests, receiving the standard room as booked at Volve and not having free breakfast makes it a hard sell for me to return. But for people who are not loyal to any particular chain and who do not have elite status, I could recommend Volve with no hesitation.

Chic, modern boutique hotel in the heart of Thonglor. A mere 5min walking distance to BTS Thonglor to take you to city hotspots.

Check in process was fuss free and all the staff are smiley and attentive. The corner room was clean and large enough for two. The king size bed was very comfortable. Good sized work desk if you need to catch up on emails with aplenty of charging outlets around the room. Charger, yoga mat, iron etc are all available on request

Although I was assigned to a room on a low floor, it was very quiet. Full bathroom amenities was provided (toothbrush, facial cotton, shower cap etc.)

Complimentary daily bottled water & snack bar was a treat and there is a mini fridge if you need to chill any items. No coffee machine in the room but the hotel hosts a lovely bakery/cafe downstairs.

Did not opt for the breakfast option however tried their coffee and was good! Highly recommend their truffle honey shokupan.

Amazing location with great local eats, restaurants, and bars. All in all a wonderful hotel. Good find and highly recommended!

It was my first experience staying at Volve Hotel ( 6-9 June 2023) and I can say with certainty that I will be staying at the boutique hotel again when I return to Bangkok. The cozy room I was in on the third floor had everything I needed - very comfy beds and pillows, a powerful rain shower (with all the shampoo/conditioner/soap the guest could use), great wifi, walking distance to the Thong Lor BTS (minus the traffic noise as it was in a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle) and the Emporium, Emquartier, and lovely restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent, with large portions and fine pastry (made by Crumbs, the artisanal bakery at the hotel) and unlimited coffee! The hotel staff were very attentive - they found the best rides for me, and gave recommendations on restaurants. Thank you Khun Wa, Khun Rose and all the staff, for a lovely stay.I'll be back!

My family and I stayed at this hotel earlier this month and had a very positive experience. The hotel is about 5 minutes from a metro station and there are a number of restaurants in the area. The property itself had a ‘high end’ feel; it was very clean, the staff were efficient, the in-house restaurant was very good (though not inexpensive) and the rooms were very comfortable and decently sized. I can’t think of any negatives from our stay - the property definitely met my fairly high expectations. I’d definitely return.

Totally enjoyed my stay at Volve Hotel. The overall experience was close to perfect.

Room is very clean with complimentary minibar (drinks and snacks which hotel replenish once everyday). The room size is very cozy.

Their staffs are very passionate with what they are doing. No black face. I like to thank the front office manager for her excellent service extended to us during our stay.

Just a recommendation if hotel could provide complimentary tuk tuk service to and fro to bts station or to nearby malls will be even better ciz they walk is a little far.

Thank you very much and will definitely be back to stay with you.

We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. Rooms are lovely - comfortable, well equipped and light. The staff are extremely helpful, and their drink upon check in was the best we had anywhere. Breakfast is very expensive (unless you have it included in your room rate). However, there are a goo range of options (we particularly enjoyed the Thai breakfast), with the baked produce and drinks being particular highlight.

I recommend thoroughly and would stay here again! A nice alternative to some of the 'soulless' giant hotels of central Bangkok and accessible at a reasonable price.

A lovely boutique hotel situated in a quiet street, though in the middle of the lively neighbourhood Thonglor. Friendly staff, good service and a wonderful breakfast. Locals tend to have lunch on the terrace - lunchroom Herringbone is part of Volve Hotel - which gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was stylish, well equipped and had everything we needed.

I and my girlfriend spent 4 nights in this hotel. The stay is great. The hotel is on the quiet street but within Bangkok’s hippy Japan town area. It is a very short walk to BTS Thong Lor station and close to so many popular venues nearby. Whatever you want, you can find nearby by walk. The room is big and comfortable and the staffs are very caring and polite. One big highlight, the breakfast is fantastic with so many choices ranging from western to local Thai style. This hotel is definitely the one I will come back again, if I ever visit Bangkok. Way too convenient and good value. The location is just great. Highly recommended.

A very cute boutique hotel a stones throw from BTS Thong Lo, lovely people working in reception and bar.Price wise very attractive and I really enjoyed the calm and cozy atmosphere, no long lines to breakfast or elevators as can be the case at many big fancy hotels. The drawback was the breakfast, it’s a la carte and there are several offerings which is nice buy the full english had one slice of bacon and one sausage.. next time I’ll ask for refill ☺️
Also coffee is made to order so a heavy coffee user like me would enjoy a self service station or a pot of coffee instead. Small self serve station with yogurt, bread, fruits and juices.
Another drawback is the lack of a bum-gun in the toilet! This was the first time I saw a hotel without one here in Bangkok and I must say I really appreciate them these days 😉
The hotel is elegant, nicely decorated and the staff really lives up to the land of smiles!

Volve Hotel is one of those properties that makes one feel at home. One of the rare hotels where I actually sleep very well and it helps that you can rock up to the breakfast area at 1030am and they would still be very happy to serve. Very charming interiors and what does it for me is its location. Aside from it being very close to the ThongLor BTS - It also sits between 2 of my favourite traditional Thai rice porridge restaurant (55 Pochana and Tom Moo Kiem Chai)

Room toilets can be a bit dark but side from that, Volve is really quite a quaint little property that offers a lot

Hi Belle S, Thank you very much for your questions. The answers to your questions are as follows: a) The size of the bathrooms for the Deluxe, Deluxe Corner and Studio Suite are all the same. b) There are Deluxe Corner rooms on the top floor of the hotel. All Deluxe Corner rooms face towards the front of the building which also has some greenery. The Studio Suites and Two Bedroom Suites face the gardens at the back. c) Our front desk is open 24 hours a day, so check-in at 1 or 2am is not a problem. Please let us know if we are able to assist further. Thank you again :)

As I know by asked to receptionist, hotel room is about 20 units but it seem quiet while i were staying there. So we don't notice on other guest. But surely about hotel staff is friendly and helpful. At breakfast time, there are a group of guest seat at another side, hotel guest is such kind of silent people and nice one.

I stayed in family suite, bedrooms can't accommodate extra bed but there is a tiny living space with sofa for one person to sleep and might even have the space for extra bed.
Hi Aria N, Yes, the Deluxe Room is available with twin beds (2 beds in 1 room). Looking forward to welcoming you.
