Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend, lovely and clean, really helpful staff and in a good area!! The only downside is that it is a 20/25 min drive from koh San road which is where all the bag packers go but we managed to get a taxi there for 150 baht! Free breakfast in the hotel and really... This is a nice hostel, centrally located in Silom. It's a five minute walk to Sala Daeng BTS, and not much further to Silom MRT. The hostel is clean in all areas (although the sofas have a few stains), and it's nice that they offer hot drinks and biscuits free all day in the common area. The staff are really... More

We spent three nights in a private bunk-bed room (i.e. For two people), which was very clean and spacious. Only thing was that the huge windows didn't have curtains, and you can see into the room from the fire escape/balcony. The Internet in the room sucked, but it was very good in the communal area. They have nice biscuits and... More

Visited during Songkran, my friend follow me to go in hotel to refuel water. The Staff found out and gave me two options " Check out immediately without refund, or pay penalty THB 2000. Yes,... We stayed for 4 nights, group of 10 (2 different rooms) during the Songkran holiday and I would say this hostel is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean as well as the shared bathrooms. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is also good as it is near everything, shops, mrt, etc. Would definitely consider booking again.

Very clean hostel with a nice vibe! Pretty relaxing, yet there was always s.o. in the common room. I really appreciated the female only bathroom! Also: toiletries are available, which is handy when you're running low. Breakfast is mediocre, though. Close to the sky train so easily accessible as well. Silom is a well connected area. However, please don't get... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful! The young lady who greeted us was exceptionally smiley and pleasant! Our room (private double) was perfectly clean, modern and fresh! The beds were quite hard but we you get used to it! The breakfasts that the hostel put on for each guest every morning were very pleasant and sociable... More

I have tried many different hostels during my time here in Thailand but this is by far my favorite! I have stayed in the bunk bed 2 person room, the double bed ensuite, and the female dorm. It's in a perfect location (minutes from the bts and close to good food), has very comfortable beds, helpful staff, and is very... More

The girl who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and rooms were very clean and the location was great. There was a street market on the weekend just a minutes walk away and lots of bars for taking a casual drink. We were worn out so we took a break from adventure and watched a movie... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
