My friend and I stayed at this hostel for 5 nights while we were in Bangkok. Our cab driver dropped us off around 1am because we had a late flight. The hostel has 24 hour reception and 24 hour security so we were buzzed in and shown to our rooms. The hostel is clean and you get a free towel... More

The communal area is the highlight of this hostel. Very easy to meet people, the staff are very welcoming and they have a couch area to watch plenty of films if you like, a huge eating table for everyone to sit round and they have a fridge and freezer you can put your own stuff in as well as helping... Clean and affordable, this option is for those who want to experience Bangkok in a central and vibrant area, Silom. Really helpful staff, happy to support guests for excursions, tours, and bus/ferry tickets. Recommended!

Very nice hostel. The staff has help us to buy tickets to Chiang Khong, they were very helpful and polite, rooms are new and very clean. They keep our bags the last day for free. The breakfast is OK, and its location is excellent, very close to metro station and sky train (3 blocks).

This hostel is a little well run, stylish gem situated right near picturesque Lumpini park and bustling Silom rd. Either bts station Sala Daeng or mrt station of Silom are will get you to Silom rd, then keep left and Silom 3 is three side streets down on the left. There is a sign saying hq above the door, but... Staff were very cheerful and helpful. The place has a nice and comfy living room where you can watch movies if you don't feel like going out due to the weather or whatever reasons. It also has a dining area where you can have your meal while mingling with other travellers. The location is a short walk to the skytrain... More

This hostel was rule-central – the do’s-&-don’t signposted everywhere in fairly non-friendly language (if you leave blood on the linen, you pay. What the?!!!). No guests allowed, other than those registered. Security codes required for reception entry, as well as to the room stairwells – made it feel prison-like, but comforting all at the same time. Entrance is kind of... More

Stayed in a ten person dorm. Bathrooms and common areas were very clean. Location was great - an easy walk to the MRT, BTS, Lumphini park and nightlife. The standout was the the front desk staff: They were consistently helpful during the entire visit. Thank you!

Great, clean and friendly hostel with a good location. Right next to BTS station, and just a couple stops away from Siam. Stayed in a private twin room, which had good space, cold aircon and soft beds. Had free breakfast, and the friendly little receptionist even kept it open until we came down(way after breakfast hours). Would definitley recommend to... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
