The photos of the hotel had deceive many perception of the quality. No doubt the location is near to Terminal 21 malls. The soundproofing of the room is terrible, booked a deluxe room for 4nights stay and the window is faulty and also the curtain between the bathroom is also faulty. The essentials are not provided, eg the bathrobe shortage of 1, toothbrush not replenished. I was told umbrella was provided and it wasn't in the cabinet. The housekeeping of this hotel is very surface, not detailed. With the amount you are paying for per night, it is not justified. Lastly, the breakfast dining area, it is noisy as the sounds keep surrounding and no way to escape, you hear all the low quality people talking so loudly and it is pure disturbance. These Asian people should be speaking hokkien with a mixture of English and Chinese, super low class people. …
My husband and I stayed here 2 years ago and we loved the location. It’s very closed to BTS/MRT station, just simply convenience to get to many places. The room is tidy and comfortable. Only this time around the front staff isn’t so helpful. When we ask questions, they don’t know how to answer or attempt to understand. They usually brush us off. It can possibly be due to limited English, but I’ve seen many places with limited English staff that’s willing to help guests. Bottom line is that with this kind of poor service, we won’t be coming back anymore.
Stayed here for a night as part of our test and go. While most things were fine, two things worth mentioning are: - Despite what it says on the remote, the air con in our room had basically two settings - “Off” and “High”. As a light sleeper, this made it very difficult to sleep (not a problem for all but definitely worth mentioning). - I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money on a room with a balcony, unless you only intend to use it for brief moments whilst smoke. Not only does the balcony face a brick wall only a few feet away, but it is also enclosed by two air conditioning unit exhaust pipes on either side.
The Arte Hotel is very good. I stayed here for the Day 1 and Day 5 of the Thailand SHA entry criteria. The staff are excellent and streamlined the formalities. The Covid tests are done onsite with timing options. Meals were delivered to my room. Staff handled my requests in expert fashion. The location is also excellent.
The hotel looks lovely in the pictures posted by the hotel but don’t get fooled like us we stayed here as part of test and go and arrived Christmas Eve. You were only allowed to order food in the room even after you were released from the isolation. When we have contacted the hotel prior of booking they said everything it’s ok and they have a bar next to the pool side and you can dine in the hotel the only thing they didn’t mention is that you will have your food delivered in your room in plastic containers as the only place you spend time was in your room. The pool side bar was closed you were not allowed to take any drinks up there. The rooms are not bad in size but there is mould around the air conditioning units and in 3 days that we have stayed there nobody came to clean our room. I completely understand that they can’t come in while we were expecting the test results but after ? Overall not the best experience and we would definitely not stay here if we ever visit Bangkok again.…
Clean and well run place. Friendly staff. Good location. We used it as an isolation hotel. Food was good. PCR test was done on check in in the morning and results were back in the evening. Having spoken to lots of other people about their experiences in isolation hotels this was by far the best. Recomended
Firstly it’s important to recognise the Thai government and the effort that they have put in to get people into the country safely. At the airport there is a lot of different procedures relating to Covid, but all managed really well, with safety clearly the number 1 priority. For an ASQ hotel at the budget range of this hotel it’s was a really good experience. Safety is clearly the No1 priority. You arrive by personnel car, are processed outside and moved up to your room. I was on the ten day package and due to the government legislation was only allowed out of the room for Covid tests. The room itself was spacious, big bathroom, decent tv, and a balcony which very few ASQ hotels have. The food is delivered three times a day and was of a really good standard. I ate Thai mainly but the European dishes were all nice also. The hotel staff were great, always happy to answer questions, very polite as you’d expect in Thailand, and supported you as much as they could considering you are in ASQ. I would recommend this hotel, it’s what you make of it being ASQ, and there is everything you need to make it a comfortable stay.…
I checked many options before booking and prices were all low becat of the times. We chose this hotel and check in was very nice we even got a free upgrade which was awesome. Rooms are clean and ours was spacious. The downside that annoyed me is that because of COVID and low occupancy on arrival we were told there is no breakfast buffet. We can select from tow options of set menu (very basic) and it will come to the room. Nothing on the options are things we like. I asked for simple toast and cheese. We got it but toast was dry and cold obviously and cheese was so little. We booked a room with breakfast, this should be advised before. Or not charge me for breakfast as it increases the price of the room a lot. It's a 4* hotel, should behave like one. Just because we're one of the only guests doesn't mean we should get anything less than what they are used to providing. …
Arte Hotel is a modern hotel a few blocks from the ASOS subway and the Terminal 21 Mall. It is also a block away from the the famous Cowboy road. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good with a variety of options.
Spacious rooms. Bathroom was an interesting layout and after showering, left everything wet. Mostly clean except for some stains on the wall. Great location to the metro. Didnt end up using the pool but it looked very nice.
