Hotel located 10 minutes drive from Bangkok airport. We arrived on the evening of January 3rd and the staff was not very friendly, the shuttle boy who picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel was very nice and kind. The room is clean and spacious, with fridge, large TV, unfortunately since the hotel is on a main road you can hear cars passing by all night and also the continuous arrival and departure of planes, it feels like sleeping with the window open. Let's say that it is a hotel suitable only for those who need to stay near the airport, as there is nothing outside. The hotel has a very nice terrace bar and restaurant, the food a little less so. The shuttle must be booked a couple of days in advance at a cost of 100bath, while for departure just request it the evening before. Breakfast is available at a cost of 200bath per person, mainly based on Thai food, fruit and a few measly slices of cake. The hotel also has a swimming pool, massage and beauty room. Outside there is a small shop and a 7eleven.

I'll stay elsewhere next time. It's okay for a night but there are better for the same price. Front desk staff not very accommodating. I was told after booking the two rooms that the airport shuttle can be booked when checking in. Upon checking in I was told 'fully booked'', then told they can cancel someone's booking to fit us in. 10 minutes later I got told fully booked, then my DIL starting talking and they said they can fit us and cancel another booking. That's not acceptable to me as I'd hate that to happen to my booking, so we paid for two taxis the next morning. It's good their cafe is open 24hrs, but be prepared for "none left", "no more", "one size", etc., quick food options are not available or sold out. As far as sleeping, I like a firm bed but their beds are uncomfortably firm. The aircon seems to be stuck on the same temp. and force, no matter how you change it, which is probably why there are fans in the rooms (definitely for the cost, fans are cheaper to run, so fair enough). Cheap for a night if you've an early morning flight, but some other hotels and close hostels are the same price and definitely not any worse. I'll not stay here again.

We enjoyed the generously sized rooms, roof top restaurant, 100thb/ day parking, gym and excellent family room. The kids play room is actually better than the one In honk Kong Disneyland, to which we were travelling! They offer a buffet breakfast for 150thb and airport transfer for 100thb for two people. It’s all good value.

An adequate hotel but they completely lost me at the end of my stay. I broke a glass in my room so I reported it at checkout because I wanted them to warn the housekeeper (I picked up the large pieces but there were many shards I couldn’t pick up). There was no inquiry of my well being (did I get cut?) or appreciation for my honesty. There was just an unempathetic demand for a 50 baht payment. Obviously it wasn’t the money; it was the principle of the matter. When I respectfully protested and explained that it was an accident, the guy behind the counter couldn’t have cared less. Their front desk staff need service training.

I guess the vast majority of visitors stay here for one night when transiting through Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel meets this purpose very well. After collecting our bags we phoned the hotel and within minutes we were in a van on our way to the hotel 10/15 minutes away, depending on traffic conditions. 50 Baht per person.

Reception was quick and easy and we were in our room within minutes of arriving.
After a long plane trip I like to have a hot, reviving shower. The bathroom is somewhat worn but the water was hot and the water flow was fulsome.

There are several restaurants and street food options nearby, Amin I mart and a 7/11.

Bed was large and comfortable, while the air conditioning was away from the bed and cooled the room to optimum sleep temperature.

We were up before sparrow fart and the van got us to the airport in comfortable time to catch our flight.

Suvarnabhumi Ville met our needs.

Very good hotel near airport, shuttle costs 100 THB and it takes about 10-15 mins depends on the traffic.

Room is big, big & comfort bed, big TV, all in room work well, I have no problem at all.

The hotel gives a voucher for welcome fruit plate which is served at the 64 Sky Bar, the roof top bar. I really enjoy it, and the drink promotion is really good , both time offer&price. Actually there is no need to go out for food & drinks, as their prices don’t break the wallet, however if you want to walk, go out, look on the right side, a very good steak house is just there. Then a bit over, it’s a fresh baked bakery, and if you walk further around 20 mins there are plenty of local food & Chinese Hot Pot etc.

Recommend this hotel for one night stay, near the airport. Longer than this you better stay in town for more exploring and sightseeing.

I spent here a night between two flights.

Suvarnabhumi Ville was quite large with over 100 rooms. It also had a restaurant and a 24/7 cafe. There was also a minimart right in front of the hotel and a convenience store within a short walk.

The front desk left an industrial style impression with several receptionists sitting behind a glass (like in a bank). However it was efficient and they had a good routine for checking in guests.

The drive from the airport terminal took less than 10 minutes. A cab cost slightly over 100 baht. The hotel also provided a shuttle service for 100 baht.

My room was pretty large and it seemed also quite new. There were a few cons. There was no remote control for the aircon and the temperature setting was a bit too warm for me. The shower was the opposite way around: the water temperature couldn't be adjusted and it was a bit on the cold side.

I had an early morning flight, so I didn't try the breakfast.

Just short stay don’t have veg or halal options to eat.

Room is large enough for 2 people but don’t have iron or iron board.

It’s good money if you’re transferring flights and spend nights here.

Shuttle service run every 30min. All the convenience stores are close by

We endorse everything good thats been written in these reviews. This is a fabulous transit hotel with happy, friendly staff and quiet, clean rooms with top amenities.

Bed is ever so comfortable with ample fluffy pillows to ensure a quality sleep.

Attached 24hr restaurant and shop will cater for ones every need and staff offer a big welcoming smile even in the wee hours.

We shall definately be staying here again when travel plans require a layover.

Bankok is my hub for travel around Asia so I am often flying in, then out the next day. No place is more convenient than Suvarnabhumi Ville. I have stayed many times over several years. They are always efficient, always clean, very close to the airport. You can get a meal, and internet. Nothing fancy, but the price isn't fancy either. Since its close to the terminal, you can even head over for a 9 or 10 hour layover for a nap and change of clothing. Highly recommended.
