This hotel is actually very good. Beds are great, location is even better. We had a room in building 2 with a view to building 1 = no view, but therefore no noise from the street and we all slept like babies. And it even has a nice, small pool. You can have a late checkout at 50%, they can... More

Villa Cha Cha, well! What can one say! Lovely place, an peaceful oasis, set in the middle of a hectic surroundings. No, honestly, we had stayed at Villa Cha Cha many years ago and never went back (just circumstances I guess), I wish we had. We forgot the peaceful surrounds of Villa Cha Cha, the very helpful, friendly and efficient.... More

We stayed here for our last night in Thailand and read reviews and thought it would be relaxing. The staff are nice. The internet is weak and you have to log in every hour when in the lobby. Our toilet was broken. The black out curtains were actually grey shower curtains. There was no phone in the room and only... More

walking down an alley way we didn't expect this haven to emerge. so much class and beauty, great reception and pool area just tucked away from the busy streets. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable; great air-conditioning and up-to-date wet-room. Cleaned every day and very secure. rooms have tv with cable channels, a minibar and fantastic air-conditioning. Staff are friendly... More

The room was decent but not new, the A/C was old, breakfast was not included, and the price was higher than what we usually pay in this area of Bangkok (the d&d inn a few min away has newer rooms for almost have the price for example). The entrance and lobby area was not air conditioned and we were standing... More

Great position, great friendly staff and good value.Made a booking when prices were quoted in high season and on arrival were upgraded to a better room to compensate for the difference in price,The low season prices should be quoted when making a booking for that time as the room we stayed in was cheaper then that what we paid upfront.Not... My boyfriend and I were back in Bangkok for our last few days in Thailand and wanted to stay near Khao San Road again. Wanting a pool, we booked Villa Cha Cha with a positive attitude and an open mind. We were fully aware of the condition of most hotels that close to Khao San (a litter outdated and far... More

Beautiful Hotel! Stayed here for 9 nights. Big comfy bed, AC and Hot Shower. (Hot water was a little finicky at times) Western toilets. Free snacks in the mini bar. We were able to check in after our flight at 4am. Welcomed us with little ice fruit drinks. Nice clean pool and sauna. The maids were also extremely kind and... More

This was the best hotel i've stayed in in the Khoasan Road Area. It has a lovely Balinese interior with a great swimming pool and peaceful atmosphere despite being only a five minute walk from Khoasan Road. Rooms were stylish and simple but clean and big bathroom. No complaints!

The staff at Villa Cha Cha are very n ice, always smiling and saying hello. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and other attractions nearby. The hotel has a decent pool, nothing amazing, but it does the job to refresh you. The restaurant at the hotel isn't amazing, the food was rather expensive... More

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
