Incredible experience. We were here for two days and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and provided a great start to our days. The beds were UNREAL comfy and we all slept like rocks. The room was setup more like an apartment which was perfect for our group. We were able to do laundry which was a huge plus. Would definitely return!
Has to be the best hotel in Bangkok. Amazing views, excellent service from the Butler and all the staff, such a relaxing and romantic (it was our honeymoon) experience. 100% recommend. Hotel is actually better than the pictures.
I had the pleasure of staying at 137 for 8 nights in early March in a suite with a little kitchen, which was fantastic. The bed in this room is one the best I have slept on, and the room is comfortable and in good condition. The one thing that stands out is the service from all the team members, especially the charming Ms Or (Rooms Mgr), to Ms. Nook the very experienced Spa therapist, and our lovely housekeeper (forgot her name) who's attention to detail was as good as any 5-star plus hotels. My only suggestion is that breakfast could be better, both in terms of service and food. Easy to fix! Thank you all again. We will be back.
The suites, all amenities and service at 137 Pillars are impeccable. Breakfast is fantastic. The rooftop pool is outstanding. The Louie Tour was very enjoyable. Ron, our Butler, did an amazing job ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We'll be back!
A fabulous stay on the 31st floor from the moment we arrived. After a 14 hour flight we thought we’d drop of our bags and head out but the receptionist managed to get us a room early which was wonderful. We had a deluxe suite overlooking the city. The suite was probably the best we’ve ever had because of space and facilities. The welcome cakes were lovely, turn down with pillow mist and a nite nite card was cute. The pillows and bed was super comfortable. It was my husband’s birthday and when we came back to the hotel, there was a huge balloon, card and cake from our butler; such a nice touch & my husband was delighted. On a practical level a/c worked great, it was so quiet despite being near BTS straight into city, BTS and metro east to use & so cheap but then so were GRAB taxis, pool water was cool but fine when it’s 33 degrees! Check out the charity shop round the corner- only charity shop where I’ve seen products for sale at £10,000! Highly recommend this hotel for a stay In Bangkok.…
The suites here at the 137 Pillars are fantastic with everything you could ask for including Butler service. Everything from 2 bathrooms to a living area and dining area that suits the solo traveller, business traveller or the romantic couple. I will be back!
Upea viiden tähden hotellikokemus Bangkokissa. We really enjoyed the complimentary buble bath, the rooftop pools where you can actually swim after a hot day or start your morning by quick swimming exercise. The breakfast and all the other extras included to the suites was well worth it. Room was beautiful, bed made just as requested, all the service was excellent and everything impeccable.
The most stunning hotel I’ve ever stayed at! And the service there is excellent! I loved the little lounge for suite guest only where we enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea and a free drink every evening. We stayed in two different suites, and they were both just as beautiful! The rooftop pool was my favorite part of our stay, we will be back next winter for sure. A special thank you to Ron for taking such good care of us.
Stayed in this property for 5 nights. The apartments were well appointed and comfortable. My initial experience was great. The front desk and the concierge stand out for the helpfulness. The housekeeping is excellent too. Where I was highly disappointed was their breakfast venue - trading post. Poor breakfast spread. You had to purchase half the basics like coconut water or avocados. Very inhospitable staff, a poor reflection on Thai hospitality. The lady manager their was specially rude and unhelpful. An experience I would share is that a 2 year old child wanted an apple which was there on the counter but she said it’s only for juices which you have to purchase so we agreed that we would buy a juice just for the apple which she charged us for. Highly disappointing experience on all days we had breakfast their. They do provide pick up and drop to the emquartier mall and station however it is every hour which is inconvenient since the hotel is quite in the interiors. The pool was not temperature controlled and ice cold and hence unstable. Overall a very average experience.…
This is a very nice hotel. We have stayed here for 5 nights and the staff are very friendly and polite. They are willing to resolve our issue even it is late at night. The breakfast has variety choices of food and drinks. The bed is really large and comfortable, the room is very clean. There are washing machine and dryer inside the bedroom, which is very useful during our stay. They have free shuttle to the nearest BTS station, and the walking distance is not long. And the neighborhood is safe so it is fine to walk back to hotel from BTS station. Swimming pool is very beautiful and not crowded which we can enjoy our time.
