This is not a easy place to find and need to make reservations. Best to stay outdoor in one of their pavillions by the creek/waterfall and you can enjoy nature while having the best meal (fusion style Chinese cuisine). Food is nicely cook, presented and not greasy at all, very refreshing. For dining, you need to make reservations ahead of...

Pros: - Beautiful resort located on stunning property. - Breakfast and dinner are cooked by the owner of the property, who is a fantastic chef. No menu, he just uses local ingredients that are in season at that time. Everything we had for our two night stay was delicious. - The chef stops by your table after most courses to...

Very quiet in the mountain valley and small but nice room with hot bath. Staffs are very friendly even at the restaurant but the price is not cheap here anyway. It seems the restaurant is rather more famous than the accommodation. Even it is located in the Yangmingshan area, but the hot spring is different from the upper mountain area...

What is good? - fresh air - breakfast is ala carte and made specially for individual gues - dinner is ok, sustainable ingredients and sashimi was great - good macha chocolate What is bad and why you should skip - nothing special. Similar to all the other comments, sandflies and mozzie infested area. - toilet is weird - no frills...

This place is a dead town. While the rooms are pretty clean, the outdoor tubs are gross. Dirty and you can see creepy crawlers. Toilet is weird. You can be sleeping in bed while watching your friends poop. But to be fair, I met 1 couple whom frequent this place. Dining at the restaurant was ok. Organic meal, but that...

The location is not really at the heart of Yangmingshan, just at the beginning of the road up there so the view is not that impressing. The facilities is old, a few rooms only with only a girl serving. She's helpful but you have to look for her. They only have double bed rooms and the bed is small, just...

Peaceful and tranquil environment. Staffs were hospitable and warm. Food at the restaurant was excellent as they freshly prepared by the main chef Alan who is also one of the owners for this property. Best part of the room was the Hinoki wood tub and furnishing! Very clean, zen inspired surrounding and lush greeneries right outside your balcony! Beware of...

Took us a while to track down this eco spa... mostly in Taiwan, the onzens (hot spring spas) are built in concrete with little aesthetic appeal. When we walked into the lobby, the first impression was the smell of pine wood... much of the building is made from locally-sourced pine wood... the walls, partitions etc. The room was spacious, immaculately...

Tucked at the corner of yonggong road up in Yangmingshan mountain. Peaceful and green surroundings. Clean and well maintained resort. Owner is also the chef of the asian fusion restaurant next door. Sources all his own ingredients from all over Taiwan choosing only the best. Even makes his own spreads and chocolate! Very healthy, very yum. I would have given...

Chose this place because of the good reviews. Paid about NT$12000/night. We really loved it when we first arrived because it was so secluded and offered what we thought would be a really comfortable environment to rest and relax but realized it wasn't worth the money at all. First, the room. Poorly designed even though it did offer a hot...
