We lived in a family room of 4. There were two large beds and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the private hot spring as well as the public one. The location was very accessible from train. Value-for-money choice.

Room was really old- wall to wall 80s carpets. But very clean and well maintained; location near train, grocery, starbucks and KFC. And hotsprings was as expected. Air conditioner working properly.

Better to get a room and enjoy the facilities as each room is already equip with a private onsen with the flexibility to use their private hotspring. Else , you could check out "KLOOK" a travel site, they have hotspring packages sold separately for your price guide.
