Check in time is 7pm , not 3pm. That is because they sell your room hourly to other guests. But when we came at 7.40pm, the room was still npt ready. We waited until 8.10pm. The room has big square pond with hot spring. Breakfast is average. Price is not worth it with 8.10 pm check in time and 12noon...

Quite old and small hotel. Hotel room average. Breakfast selection limited. Very odd that they request us to leave the room key at the receprion when we go out. Plus side is you can enjoy hot spring in your room. Ps they have 2 hour hot spring room rental. You can rent a room for 2 hour to enjoy the...

We would not have stayed at this hotel if not because of a gift from the company. The location is excellent just next to the new Beitou MRT station, there are a few fast food shops next to the hotel so you would see quite a few guests carrying McDonald's foods in the public area. The rooms are quite small,...

Stayed one night with family of four people in the 3rd floor. We didn't stay at the hotel in the daytime. Check-in time was 6pm. No outside view, dark room, but price is around 5000NTD, and with the access to the hot-spring in-room bathing. The hot-spring smells real. Unfortunately they don't have the big-bathtub for everyone... Breakfast is not very...

The hotel was rather old and small but I think they were under renovation when we arrived. Excellent staff performance. Very helpful and great service mind. Mediocre breakfast, comparing to Taipei cuisine in general. The room and interior decoration was quite out of date but well-maintained. However, the strong pros is that they have hot spring in your room which...

We stayed on the 2nd floor and upon arrival we can immediately check in which is a plus point as we are exhausted from our journey from Hualien to beitou. The room was well furnished but the only negative part is the air conditioning. It seems very weak despite turning it to 1 (strongest). Made a call to the reception...

I stayed at Chyuan Du hot spring resort in late Oct 2014 and had a good time there. The resort / hotel is located a stone throw distance from Xin Beitou station. Convenient location with Starbucks, McDonald's, local eateries and 24-hour convenient shops just next to it. Overall, it's a comfortable 3-star hotel for a short getaway from the busy...

I went to this hotel early June 2014. Since I arrived Taiwan early in the morning, so I went to the hotel to check in early. It only took me 15-20 mins to check in. The service was efficient. However, once I got in the room, I found that no windows in the room. Furthermore, the breakfast provided were standard...

“The room we had was #352 it was very close to the dining room so you could here lots of people walking passed and piped music from 7-10. This was fine because we intended on getting up for breakfast but if you intend on sleeping in perhaps a room not numbered in the 350's would be a good idea.”
