The exterior is relatively new looking but internally it is not new looking. Due to odd shape of the building, room's layout could be also weird for some. We stayed at the family room for 1 night. Upon entering, you will first see the hand basin area next to the sleeping beds, than bathroom to your left. Room is big,...

Having stayed in some pretty average hotels across Asia, like the rest of Taipei, Regal is a pleasant surprise. Check in was easy, the lady on the desk is firm but fair which I respect, and the room I had (603) was great. Everything worked, it had good aircon, an opening window, a view (of the traffic, better than a...

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The lady at the reception was very accommodating. I booked 3 nights in 2 booking. Orginally I had to check out (for one booking) and re-checked in at 3pm. The receptionist made an effort to accommodate/consolidate my bookings so that i dont have to recheck in. She also allocated a room away from...

After being assured the hotel was renovated, I booked 3 months in advance. Provided every detail and credit card info requested, on time. Discovered 5 days before I travel that the hotel is booked solid and I have no rooms, nor do my customers. This is really poor choice.

房間很漂亮,但我們的房間是面對馬路的。雖然已經把窗外鎖上但仍然能在半夜聽見車聲(高樓層7樓)隔音窗太弱了。雖然是號稱商務旅館但房間內沒有半隻筆或紙。 A nice suite, but I can still hear the noise from cars at night even we were in 7th floor. Make sure your room is not face the road if you like a quiet room.

For the cost, the rooms are fairly decent with things like toothbrushes, shower gel and slippers provided and restocked regularly. Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful as well. The only disappointing thing is the breakfast - there should really be more variety! I was extremely surprised that there was only porridge and a few Chinese dishes available besides plain...

We chose this hostel because we have a Taipei friend living near this hostel, so it is for easier visiting the friend. The hostel located 5-10 mins walk away from one station, not very near but we took taxi all the time so it's fine. But this hostel is not famous enough so most of the taxi driver brought us...

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Regal Executive Suites during a business trip. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to check in a little early instead of dropping our luggage and roaming the streets. We stayed in a double room because that is what was booked for us. The room is small but adequate. The bed...

Family trip to Taipei with a baby. The hotel is located in a superb location, 5min walk to Zhongshan Jr. High school MRT, great neighborhood, nice restaurants, cafes, bars around. Manager and staffs are fluent in English, were kind, and offered an upgrade to a suite. Free wifi at a good speed, But breakfast quality and choices were below avg,...
