This hotel has a rather dated look to it - think 80's Holiday Inn. But otherwise, the room we were assigned was very clean and the front desk personnel were exceptionally courteous, caring, and helpful. The bathroom were stocked with various amenities including disposable razors, combs, shower caps, and q-tips. We didn't request for room service the 3 nights we... More

Hotel located in quiet area, got 1 convenience store downstairs which is pretty good. Karaoke opposite but not too noisy. Room has been renovated and new bathroom. However you can hear the people talking in the next room which would be a problem especially in late night. Breakfast is pretty good and various of choices. Out of expectation with Chinese... More

The hotel is around tall buildings and banks giving a concrete jungle look. There is also no problem looking for foreign exchange during banking hours; you can get the closest value out of your foreign money. Starbucks and 7-11 is also very near from the hotel; just a minute walk. And there is a cinema house just around the block... More

On vacation in Taipei during Chinese New Year! Phenomenal service and cuisine! Very warm atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Food is truly authentic and high quality Taiwanese food. Very convenient location with MRT station right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend for dining and staying!

King size beds are Taiwan size meaning queen sized. Breakfast area very small. Western selection food limited. Front desk courteous, friendly and helpful. Overpriced.
