Wonderful hotel, very well located at the foot of 101 and by the subway. Nothing to stay, every was perfect from A to Z. Breakfast time can be an issue because it's very crowded from 7.30 until 8.30, but the quality of the buffet compensates largely. All good.

We were not sure whether to stay in the Old Town or in the new Financial District. In the end, we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt in the Financial center, right next to the Tapei 101. This area was very convenient to the MRT, nearby shopping malls and the Sun Yat Sen Memorial. What was best was the...

Stayed in the Hyatt for 5 days on a business trip. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is excellent. However, the reason I didn't give five stars was that on one of the mornings there was a 25 minute queue to get into breakfast. This may be bearable if on a holiday but unfortunately...

The entryway is stunning yet comfortable. Helpful employees meet you at the curb and are eager to assist throughout your stay. Desk and concierge personnel were first rate, and spoke excellent English. Extensive gym facilities and a heated lap pool. Perfect location to tour on foot, or catch a super cheap cab to anywhere in Taipei. Taipei 101 and subway...

I stayed a couple of nights here. The hotel is well maintained though by the design, you would figure that it's been around for some time. Surrounded by landscaped gardens around it's perimeter, the hotel is walking distance to tourist spots like the 101 Building as well as upscale malls and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is in a nice, relaxed setting...

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt over a leisure weekend in Taipei. I particularly appreciated the genuine care of the ground floor staff, who greeted me, then checked me in. The facilities were quite nice .. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the Executive Lounge upstairs. Will be staying there again soon, hopefully.

Very nice property with excellent professional and friendly service. Easy location next to Taipei101, MRT, shopping, restaurants and within walking distance to Eslite Bookstore...which is an attraction in itself. Had an amazing 2- room Grand Club Suite which was very comfortable and quiet. I want to shout out kudos to Connie in the Club Lounge who assisted me with arranging...

We recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt hotel. We had a room with club lounge access. The room is very nice and clean. The bathroom only had one sink. They served breakfast, snacks and drinks in the evening. The staff at the hotel especially on the club lounge were very friendly and efficient. They were knowledgeable and helpful with directions...
