My daughter and I recently spent four nights at this hotel. The room was large and very clean. We enjoyed the view of the harbour. The hotel provided a breakfast every morning, with a selection of Taiwanese and western dishes. The food was good, not great, but nice to have the breakfast option so you can get on with your...

We has a deluxe room , which was huge, and had all the amenities. The only complaint we have is that the twin beds were narrower than usual. The hotel staff was very helpful , but the information regarding the events in Taipei , as well as information about restaurants , was insufficient. The staff had to look for answers...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and very spacious almost like a suite though the hotel is showing signs of aging. Problems with wifi so they sent a staff person directly to my room to fix the problem. Hotel is conveniently located not too far from subway station. Good value for the money. I had concierge book a...

This is second time staying in this hotel. It is not really my choice but the city was running short of room due to exhibition so my office put me here. Frankly, it is not a bad hotel except it is ageing. The hotel room are clean, staff are polite but the general feeling is kind of like remaining in...

The one thing I love about this hotel is the internet speed. The room on the other hand is very old and not well-maintained. The room I stayed in has stained carpet, and the bed is quite hard. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which is really huge and I like it. The only less pleasant part is that...

We were staying in Taipei at Chinese New Year and were a limited in choice of hotels due to our late booking. Evergreen Laurel had a reasonable price for a quality hotel so we selected it. On arrival the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was very large with large walk through wardrobe to the large bathroom. The...

Everything about Evergreen Laurel is great; perfect location near MRT stop (and right at the stop of one of the busses that run from the airport-look at the map at the airport and you'll see this hotel noted in English), very nicely appointed rooms, and the breakfast is superior to most buffets. But I really want to commend the staff;...

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Taipei. We were warmly received and checked in immediately upon arrival. The suite we stayed in was spacious, just loved it! The only glitch I had come across was the unavailability of WIFI connection. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Stayed here for 4 days in a family suite which included breakfast. The location is very convenient - only two blocks away is the Songjiang Station and the MRT is very cheap in Taipei. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a queen and king bed and large sitting area. As the other reviews said, there is no view...

The hotel is very decorative (a bit too much for my taste) but very nice - clean, great service, etc. Location is also very convenient downtown. The staff were very helpful which was important since I do not speak Chinese.
