The food is simply amazing. When you order set menus with 10 people per table, they will serve you the food by dividing portions for each guest. Very nice touch. We also had some really good room service where they send a grilled chicken thigh on rice up that tasted amazing. The bed is large and comfortable. This is a...

I was staying at Westin Taipei during my business trip. The overall experience was really beyond my expectations. For the price that I am paying I do not expect to receive such an excellent service. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby to the check in counter, a glass of refreshing juice was being served. A well manner...

Stayed few weeks for our special business project. Hotel is convenient within financial district and two MRO lines nearby. Hotel room is clean with typical Westin Heavenly bed and has full service of business center and lounge for business travelers. Compared with other SPG hotels I stayed around the world, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and is always...

Location wise, it is convenient enough with train station within 5 minutes walking distance. Nice local food cafes and outlets within 10 minutes stroll of the hotel. Lobby seating area was full while I was waiting for a friend, so I went to the lounge behind the reception but was requested to buy a drink even though I explained that...

You certainly could be anywhere in the world when you walk into the Westin Taipei. It's a modern western hotel, with no huge attempt at placing it in a Taiwanese setting, but you wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Taipei when they look after you so well! Of course walking into reception to be greeted with a cooling towel,...

We were greeted promptly by Ruby and she proceed to check us in for a late arrival. We used our spg suite upgrades and they give us a suite and upgraded our other room to a deluxe. Clean and spacious. We were welcomed with two Taiwan local beer and fruits. Anne at the front desk was very detailed when we...

Like most Westin Hotels, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top of the line. What stood out the most was the executive lounge - the level of service and quality of the breakfast is well worth the upgrade.

This hotel was lovely and convenient. Great rooms and beds. We enjoyed the free pool and hot tub. The wifi was extra and we bought a lounge package which worked for some in our group. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

On a rushed business trip, what I want most is good food, a good sleep and fast internet. Westin Taipei does all of that, with the high level of service that this brand is justly known for. Although all rooms open onto the central atrium, they are well sound proofed. Plenty of power points! Choice of restaurants and the best...

Everyone at Westin Taipei was extremely accommodating and friendly. Of particular praise would be extended to the folks working at the executive lounge. They went out of their way to make my stay extremely comfortable. Regret that they did not have enough foam pillows for everyone, though that could have been my fault, for not requesting during booking. Main breakfast...
