Located in the Beitou onsen circle this hotel has been here for years. Rooms are a little dated but the onsen has many pools with good variety for onsen lovers. Service is good and the location of the hotel is perfect and extremely convenient to a lot of restaurants nearby

I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the front of the hotel. Service is attentive. Location is superb opposit the Beitou hotspring museum and the eco library. Shuttle service is provided from the MRT station. Food is (needless to say) Japanese. My room is impeccably clean, I wore a pair of white socks in the room and it... More

Checkin time very rigid you better arrive not more 3pm, they asked you to wait! Staff is very rigid and not eager to help! No turndown service even they charged more than my Suite room at W or Le meridien in Taipei, I am not sure why the small room with poor service worth the amount. Nothing special as a... More

We were here for our anniversary and the overall experience is just magnificent, had spectacular mountain view from our living room window. The hotel welcome us with simple decoration and their service is impressive, polite, friendly and very very helpful. Would definitely come back again!

I rarely give outstanding reviews because I notice every detail and find something that disappoints, but not this hotel. This location is very central and walking distance to all the hot spring access, restaurants, etc. The onsen in your room (sulfur water in Japanese bath tub) and the hotel onsen is as close as you can get to the real deal,... Pure Japanese style hot spring hotel in Taipei. Excellent Services. Great Food. Awesome hot springs and you can choose the main public bath or dip in your own room. The rooms were large with both Japanese tatami room and western style beds. The drinks in the fridge are included in the price of the room. The dinner that came with... More

First thing first, this hotel isn't cheap, yet good things in life always carry a bigger price tag. But you get what you pay for. The very first moment we arrived at the front door, we were greeted by a group of hostesses (女将). They were standing there welcoming their guests. It was 38 degree Celsius out there and dressing... Very elegant and good time chatting. Service is very good. Seating at the window has good view, right next to the green park. Afternoon tea is < 600NT per person, have Japanese and Western style. The table mostly seats four. But, third floor has a back room that we have 16 people seating.

Stayed 2 nights at the last weekend of June 2016. We originally planned to stay at Grand View but the standard rooms were fully booked which the non standard rooms were so so expensive. We then booked Radium Kagaya, a Japanese style hotel. There are several good things of this hotel, eg, it's just a few minutes walk to the... More
