Quiet Location away from the Hustle and Bustle of the City ... Older and Dated but with many useful equipment (large Hot-water boiler) large Soap / Conditioner in Room (Not nasty tiny packets) etc....Quirky old rooms but Strangely Pleasing to stay... Staff quite Friendly and try to help Non Mandarin speaking guests. Breakfast much better than many other hotels.

Condition of hotel room was not good. Wallpaper was peeling, existing wallpapers had decolorization due to leaks, and the walls and doors were chipped on the sides and could see the dirt on the floor. 2 bottles of water are provided daily and the standard toilet amenities were provided. The towels also had stains on it even though they were... More

What a crappy hotel to end a holiday. The rooms were appalling. Dirty, and probably with bed bugs as we got bug bites next day. The breakfast is also a quite basic porridge with pickles. fortunately there was Internet, through cat5e cable as the wifi was so unstable. There was a ?water fountain in the room which was not working... More

When we reached and check-in to our room we really disappointed with it. Heavy of the humidity smell and bad lighting. The worse things... More

The ceiling leaks, mildew everywhere, bath fans don't work, ants and mosquitoes in the room, can see pipes and bricks through the big hole on the wall. Dare not eat the cold dishes of breakfast. Only fresh cooked eggs are eatable. We got the hotel at lunch time, and the reception suggested us to go to a restaurant which is... More

The hotel is at the corner of Renai and Hangzhou Rd, a little more than 5 minutes walk south of Shandao Temple MRT station. The rooms are fairly spacious, but rather dark and the furniture is quite old. There is free Wifi in the lobby, not in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast is catering mostly to Chinese taste, not much to... More

A hotel that fulfills the most basic need of shelter, bed and shower. Breakfast provided were very limited and not much to choose from, the breakfast choices wasn't catered to my personal likings. Not the best around. I'll only recommend if you're on a strict budget.
